Looking for PvE Tank/Healing Hybrid Advice

I'm looking for any advice people might have for putting together a tank/healing hybrid build. I'm part of a very small, friends only, guild, and I'd like to actually find a build that allows me to tank when we're missing our warrior or paladin, heal when we're missing our priests, and hang out in cat form when both are present. I would say that I'm looking for a three way tank/healing/dps build, but I feel like cat form works well enough with a smattering of feral tanking talents (i.e. lots of dual purpose bear/cat talents early in the feral tree).
I've noticed a couple of problems when playing around with the Feral and Resto trees.
1. I feel like the feral tree has too many bear tank necessary talents, that hover before and after Leader of the Pack. +6% dodge + rage, +66% armor + 6% stats - 6% crit, +20% stamina, -12% damage, +4% healing from each crit. And some of those talents work well with other lower tree talents that you'd then be crazy not to take, +6% crit, +4% dodge, rage from crit, etc...
2. I feel like points in resto and points in balance are oddly equivalent at low levels, resto seems to make healing more efficient low in the tree, and balance seems to allow for bigger heals (especially HOTs). Also, if you want to get naturalist, low talents in resto are also a bit bloated.
3. Mangle... I feel like you have no choice but to take it. Plus with all the bear point bloat, you're there just from defensive bear talents.
Have any of you out there found a build that works for you and allows you to successfully switch between roles without too much loss in either category?
Thanks!

It's mainly for non-raiding PVE, five-mans or heroics.

No no no no no no no no NO. Do NOT EVER try to bring a hybrid spec to a raid/heroic ESPECIALLY a tank/healer one. You WILL be useless. You won't be able to tank properly and you won't be able to heal properly.
The other poster said it all, I'm just going to push it into your head because I'm not as nice about this kind of sillyness. A tank/heal spec is cool to think about but it's no use in a raid, you won't bring enough of either spec to be viable.
