Hello guys,
I just reached lvl 80 yesterday and did all the lvl up with retribution spe.
Now i want to face a new challenge and begin to raid with my guild and other casual picks
I couldnt decide for holy or protection.
Can someone list all the advantages/disadvantages and the reason why i should spe to prot or holy.
Thanks in advance

Healers seem to be in short supply. You'll be quite popular if you go Holy. You may have trouble with some content, because other classes can AoE heal much more easily than paladins. Holydins are known for having the most efficient single-target heals in the game.
I love tanking because it's very easy to run friends through instances, and AoE tanking makes heroics much easier. It's takes a lot of practice to be a good tankadin, and I'm still learning, but it's very rewarding.
Hitting 80 doesn't mean it's time to stop questing. There are many, many good quest rewards to be had that will last you well into raids. You also earn a lot of gold and rep, and you can continue to gather a lot of incidental herbs, ore, skins, or greens for more gold, or to level a crafting profession.
Tempered Saronite and Brilliant Saronite can help fill the holes in your quest rewards when you're first starting instances. They should be very cheap and available, since many Blacksmiths use them to level quickly.
