32k health for a warrior/pally
starting
heroics?
are you mad? I didnt have that on me druid when I started heroics.
Ding 80 and start in your quested greens/blues is the minimum you need.
try that and most healers will hate you. :)
To the OP, there are several articles already on this, with updated gear lists. for a more complete walkthrough, you should try elitistjerks.com
Generally, health, upper 20ks, dodge mid 30s%, and armor from good chest, legs, hand, feet, and shoulders - plus decent stuff elsewhere and you should be fine.
You will be somewhat of a mana sponge on your healer with those stats, so make sure you healer and dps are competent, and go have fun.

try not to stack raw dodge if you're just starting heroics, agility enchants/gems would benefit you more, giving you more crit, about the same amount of dodge, and a tiny bit of armor. as for being hit capped, its not necessary. dont get me wrong, hit does help, but since ur just starting you might want to lean more on the agi/expertise/crit side for threat.

For heroics, hit cap is not required, and expertise will benefit you way way more.
I started tanking with 24k hp, and was able to do the lower heroics easily(H UK, Nexus, and even VH). Just make sure you have a proper spec, and use your cooldowns when needed.
