i'm not rich im just really good at topping dps meters on this char.
I have a hard time believing you're topping anything, let alone DPS charts with that.

Try picking up the
Plush Sash of Guzbah
and socket it with a hit gem. The belt is a little bit of a sp drop from what yours is but the hit compensates greatly. This thing will last you a while.

As you are not even hit capped for the soft cap (presuming you have a Spriest or Druid using FF in your group) you need to improve hit rating primarily, you're not far off at the moment as it's 289 ( as you have cataclysm). But I'd definitely go higher than that, as it's not very likely you're going to always have a Spriest or FF on the target, take it to 368 at a minimum, but even then once your gear is better and has more +hit you can drop Cataclysm and pick up another talent.
Doing that will improve your DPS more than anything else at the moment.

i have 353 hit and cataclism and i never miss so after that , better go for crit .
368 is the general number people should aim for (or 17%). As you need 26.2 for each 1% hit that means you are currently on gear alone at 13.5% and then Cataclysm gives you +3%. So you are currently off by 0.5% unless you have a Spriest or FF on your target (I'm talking raid bosses here). You won't notice yourself missing in heroics, but you would on a raid boss.
Also after +hit, you should be going for +sp, then +haste and then +crit (as a general rule, obviously this is all dependent on your individual play style and gear.)

definetly NO MISS (did last night saphiron ) trust me.... but for a 41/30 crit is the one who rise your DPS , it is not by play style , it is about spec ...
Not at the moment.
Until Blizz introduce new Epics with insane stats the priority order is...
Hit ('til capped) > SP > Haste > Crit > Spirit > Int
For
ALL
'lock specs, always.

Then you got lucky in that raid. But if you look at all raid bosses you encounter you will miss .5% of the time (so obviously on Sapphiron you were in the 99.5%) One boss encounter proves nothing.
And no Crit would not raise your DPS more than +SP. That's wrong.

0.5% miss rate means you will miss, on average, one spell in every 200.
Chances are that you don't even cast 200 spells in a single boss fight, so it's quite likely that you won't see any misses.
