Okay. I'm currently Lv74 and questing in Northrend, and I'm making pretty decent gold, but I'm wondering, is it going to be enough to buy my flying stuff when I get to Lv77? I have absolutely nothing as far as flying mounts go.
How much will it cost me to buy the training (do I have to buy both?), the epic mount, cold weather and all that jazz? I only ask because I need to know what I'm shooting for over the next three levels.
Thanks in advance Wowhead(ers).

You need to pay 800g for the regular training (100g for the mount).
You need to pay 5,000g for the epic training (200g for the mount).
The ability to fly in Northrend (Cold Weather Flying) is 1000g.
It's a hefty bill, but some saving, farming, and daily doing will get you there in no time. Northrend has tons of gold to be made.

Just to give you a grand total, it run you about 7,000 gold if you skip the basic flying mount.

Of coarse you can go without the epic skill so only about 2k gold to begin with. but you go really slow

If you don't have enough to afford the epic flying skill and cold weather flying right away, I would suggest getting CWF (1000g), regular, slow flying skill (800g), and a slow mount to go with it (100g).
Having a slow mount is better than no mount in terms of flying around Northrend. Being able to fly will make it
magnitudes
easier to farm the money you need for epic flying, plus it'll be easier to quest.
If you have 7000g sitting around when you hit 77 get normal flying, epic flying, and CWF, otherwise skip epic and use your slow flyer to help farm the 5000 for epic.
