This can be done by dropping a few talents such as Puncture, Gag Order, and a few other talents of your choice.
I wouldn't skip Gag order. Increasing 10% Shield Slam damage AND silencing with Shield Bash and Heroic Throw is pretty useful.

Which talents would you drop to pick up Impale and Deep Wounds?
I wouldn't go 5/5 Cruelty due to the Crit increasing talents all over the Prot tree. Also Vigilence is marginally useful and Improved Spell Reflect can be dropped. It's only 3 talent points, pick your poison.

I'd use Sakkura's Build
15/5/51
You lose Conc Blow and Vigilence, as well as 1 from Focued Rage.
Also Armed to the Teeth is better than Cruelty. A lot of warriors are use to having it as mandatory, but it's no longer the case. Prot provides enough +Crit% from the various Prot talents that more than make up for a small loss in Crit. Look at Critical Block, Sword and Board, and Incite.
I generally put Vigilence on the healer, but in heroics they barely pull aggro.

Really, Sakkura said to drop conc blow and vigilance? ... where
Not to get into this argument again lol but i stand behind vigilance. You're dropping it for what 1 point in cruelty? You CAN'T think that your extra 1% crit will be a drop in the bucket of the overall damage from the group. So you MUST be thinking the extra crit will help your agro. But vigilance will give you TEN TIMES THE AGRO of the 1% crit if you put it on the top dps'r.
Vigilance costs 2 talent points since it requires concussion blow; concussion blow, in raids, is just a buffed devastate on a long cooldown, so it doesn't do much.
Now, if you are not having any threat issues, then the threat portion of vigilance does nothing. The taunt part of it should never be needed. Then all you're left with is a 3% damage reduction on another group/raid member. That isn't actually bad, but it isn't huge either. Especially if you have a prot paladin in your raid, because then the 3% reduction will be covered already, at least on the raid members where it matters.
But I'm not saying vigilance is bad. It's just situational.
