For me, the jury is still out on this one. I mean, look at the facts.
1) A good portion of caster DPS gear lacks Spirit.
2) We get a 10% increase on Intellect in Moonkin form.
3) We have a chance on crit to receive 2% mana back in Moonkin, which is Int-based.
4) Replenishment is in the same boat, giving % of mana, meaning Int-based.
5) Our "While Casting" mp5 is likely better.
5) We get almost as much spell power from Intellect as Spirit (12% compared to 15%, but +10% Int in Moonkin form)
Cons?
1) Our Innervate isn't as good.
2) Our 5SR mana regen isn't as good.
Help? :(

Do the math for your buffed spirit and int, it's not too hard.
The thing to consider is that buffs like MotW and Divine Spirit will increase spirit by a bigger percentage than int. Also, Dreamstate is at 12% from int whereas Intensity is at 30% of OO5SR regen. With raid buffs, you should find that Intensity will quite rapidly outdo Dreamstate.

You should switch glyph the focus glyph out for raiding, taking the SF one without the MF is only getting half the perk of that wonderfull combo. And if there's one thing i can garantee, it's that MF is going to be a bigger dps increase (by far) than Focus.
I'm already giving my innervate away on all 25-man raids without having to worry about mana at all if there are 2 replenishers in the raid. With only 1 replenisher it's a bit more difficult, but one mana potion usually covers it (ie i can still give my innervate away, though i think that i might be basing this on a raid where we didn't have divine spirit either). That's with 1/3 Moonglow, 3/3 Intensity and 1/1 OoC (i think i'm slightly under 600 spirit fully buffed).
So yes, mana is definitely much less of a problem now though you still have to be carefull about being able to adapt to your raid composition (as external mana gain sources are a major part of your total mana pool, that and moonkin form procs). That's why i don't consider the Innervate Glyph to be a "core" or permanent moonkin glyph : it might help while you're gearing up but it's going to end up being useless in most raiding situations.
