Here
is a link to the build.
My reason for wanting a build like this is my regular Naxx 10 group is at the point where we only bring one
Tank
and have our ret Pally do the offtanking, and our
Healer
can solo heal a majority of the encounters. I'm now trying to come up with a spec where I can do good dps and provide solid heals when needed.
Clearly for fights like 4 Horsemen, Thaddius, and Kel'Thuzad you need more than one healer, but for fights like Noth where the incomming damage is really low we would appreciate the extra dps in order to kill him before he goes up in the air.
Let me know what you guys think of my talent choices.

pretty much looks like a pvp restokin build. If your looking for a mix of damage and healing that is what that build is meant to do. Will it work or not is a different story, it all depends if you can keep up the raid healing. It would probably be safer to just stay resto build and spam wraths if you need to dps lol.

Just wondering, what makes this a PvP build? It seems to be missing core PvP talents like: Celestial Focus, Brambles, Owlkin Frenzy, and Natural Perfection.
I tried to take talents that would have a direct benefit for PvE play.

If you are at the gearing level you said you will probably want to go with this:
http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=0EM0uiIocdZZ0xIubuxVz
You should not need Dreamstate, especially since OoC and Intensity are already spec'd for, if you have a Ret in your group (even if he's tanking he should be throwing out judgments...) Nor will you need iMotW since your healer is a resto druid.
Celestial focus will provide 3% haste to every single spell you cast healing or not ignore the stun component it's mostly considered a random bonus for PvE.
This build gives you 3 points to toss about as you want:
iFF - good since you may be short hit in mostly resto gear
iMoonkin - more boom
Wrath of Cenarius - more boom(better then iMoon to be honest)
Natural Protection - more boom and crit heals are always nice
You might also pull the 3 points out of Nature's Grace and toss 3 into Natural Protection and throw 3 into Emp. Rejuv. or Living seed(crit dependant)
If you are gear is along the same lines as your tank/heals you should be more then fine.
All that being said I myself off-heal as a boomkin spec but with healer gear and fine that it still works quite well in a pinch (keep in mind there is no OH-!@#$ healing)

I agree on taking a few points into dreamstate it you're going to be healing or dpsing out of form. Since both forms give some kind of mana friendly buff, without them you're kind of rocky.

Also Morg what you talkin' bout? You have two emergency heals if you need them. Nature's Swiftness + Healing Touch and Rejuv + Swiftmend.
I was talking about healing when not spec'd resto or restokin :P Sorry for the confusion.
P.S. - Had to do a double take on calling me Morg not used to seeing that on these forums :P
