I like King of the Jungle, because of the +60% energy.
It's some seriously opening damage-outputs you do with it.
But you should tell us a bit more, because it's qutie unclear what you wish to use it for. (Leveling, PvP, PvE etc etc ..)

In a nutshell
PI = Cat avoidance
KotJ = Cat dps
I never ever use Enrage in a fight because of the decrease in armor, so KotJ is useless for bears imo, if you like the extra um... dps.... while tanking... I'd say just re-spec to a better cat build.

PI = Cat avoidancenot entirely. The +10% damage to critical strikes goes a long way. Pair that with a 21 agi / 3% crit damage meta gem and you are looking at critical strikes that hit for 226% normal damage.
KotJ = Cat dpsalso not entirely. The +15% damage boost during Enrage is a great threat boost, needed in DPS race type encounters, where your DPS will be pushing to the extreme (and I can tell you from personal experience, in my guild there are some guys that can pump 5000 TPS with 6000 TPS spikes when going all crazy with DPS).
For a Cat DPS build, both this and King of the Jungle (+80 damage for 6 seconds and +60 energy when using Tiger's Fury, 30 seconds CD) are a no-brain choice.
Even for a hybrid Bear/Cat build, both of them can be considered, because in raid conditions, feral druids shining ability is to be both a good off tank when needed and a good DPS when not needed as tank. King of the Jungle is a great threat generation boost (+15% for 10 seconds is nothing to sneeze at) during Enrage, and the reduced armor effect (-16% in Dire Bear Form) can be countered simply by using Barkskin in conjunction with Enrage when tanking.
When considering a pure Bear build, then yes, Predatory Instincts should no longer be considered (those three talent points go into Thick Hide). Still, I would keep King of the Jungle in it.

The real question is... what kind of build did you come up to not be able to have both of them?

The following spec is my tank/DPS-hybrid. I usually run DPS in my raid, but I sometimes tank stuff when I'm bored enough. "Hey, stop stealing aggro already!"
THIS!
Has what you need for tanking and DPSing. Yes, you lose the 4% crit in catform, but you get that back with other things, like expertise.
