I must concur with the deduction above.
If AP = 34 then Str = AP * 2 * 1.1 = 74.8
If Str = 22 then AP = Str / 2 / 1.1 = 10
Since 180 armour = 3 AP, 60 armour = 1 AP
Therefore if AP = 34, then armour = 0.566666667
If AP = 10, then armour = 0.166666667

Another thing: Hit and Expertise should be the same since Fury warriors should be standing behind the mob in the first place.
Expertise at 100 and hit at 18 doesn't make any sense.
On revision based on the numbers currently in the preset, I propose:
Strength 100
Attack Power 46
Hit / Crit / Expertise rating 82
Agility 67
Armour Penetration 45
Haste Rating 14
Armour 1
Edit: Assuming Blessing of Kings, without it, lower Strength and Agility by 10%

Tested it out with Weapon DPS at 100
Everything looks fine, but I would like some Fury warrior opinions.

A: do you have any math to back up that statement?
B: Is it worth butting mana regen at -100 effectively reducing your gear choices?
C: Have you noted that mana regeneration is worth 2.5 itemization points whereas spell power is worth 0.87 meaning that per itemization point in the current weight scale, mana regeneration is worth 40 and spell power is worth 61.8 points?

Weight scales are dependant on the math. Simply saying "priorities" won't cut it.
We don't need "BiS" and it shouldn't necessarily have to reflect on Uldar. Are you telling me that you honestly won't roll on gear like
http://www.wowhead.com/?item=45147
over
http://www.wowhead.com/?item=45970
?
Itemization cost is of a great concern due to balancing, I'm tempted to tell you that you don't belong in the theorycrafting forums, but we'll see how that plays out.

You've skipped half the point in #2, of which I was pointing out that the weight scales aren't meant for Uldar, rather, it would be better tuned for entry level raids. If you're in Uldar 25 and need to use scales...
Also, I chose those two items for the drastic differences, and assuming that you would try and show the differences, the Mageblade is 1/2 tier on top of the mace, even though there is only ~3000 difference in healing, assuming there is no overhealing. If there is overhealing, the mace is effectively superior.
In your original proposition, it said
http://www.wowhead.com/?item=45527
was superior to the mace, with, clearly not the case in your revised version.
My number of posts don't prove I'm trolling, what defines a troll is the quality of the posts, your current posts are fine, but your previous posts with no math can be considered trolling.

Rogue stat weightings went through massive changes with the 3.3 poison changes:
Stat Combat Mutilate
Melee DPS 582 328
Spell Hit 265 309 <-- before spell hit cap
Exp 215 231 <-- before cap: May wish to use a value of 199 so it does not suggest expertise gems over AP, which is generally not worth it
Agi 196 194
Haste 181 190
White Hit 186 184 <-- most gear levels will use this instead of previous hit value, unless severely undergeared
Crit 174 172
ArPen 202 119
Str 110 110
AP 100 100
Note that this is AP centered, whereas your current weightings are Agi centered.
There also appears to be no way to weight speeds or DPS for specific hands.

After doing this math, I was surprised to see crit rating above agility, wich means
Chaotic Skyflare Diamond
is better then
Relentless Earthsiege Diamond
.
Crit is always better than agility for pure DPS, however, the meta requirement is what makes PvE users take agi instead of crit.
I don't believe you'd use SoV in PvP as it can be dispelled and there is no guaranteed 5 hits, it also lacks burst damage, you'd use SoComm or SoR.
You also don't take into account seal damage (and weapon speed), which is a major portion as it procs off abilities as well.
Otherwise, good job.

Please just let us create and save out own weights for stats. It gets very tedious retyping them in every time I want to use this feature.
Thank you!

Shadow Priest
Spellpower - 100
Haste Rating - 98
Critical Strike - 76
Hit Rating - 97
Spirit - 59
Intellect - 22
source -
http://www.shadowpriest.com/viewtopic.php?f=62&t=24134
The source lists 188 for hit rating but I changed it to 97 so that the gemming of the items would properly show. Any chance of letting users save their own presets in the future? I'm sure that I am not the first to ask :o
