Eh...cliche to the boots. Unfortunately such story doesn't coincide with the current state of events, nor with the Lich King's character. He doesn't laugh maniacally at least. And a questline in Icecrown proves that Arthas doesn't exist at all anymore - to spoil all the fun, after the battle against Illidan he cut his out heart out and threw it away, thousands of feet underneath the surface of the Icecrown. During the chain Tirion destroys his heart, greatly weakening him temporarily, mentioning that Arthas is beyond redemption, and now only the Lich King exists.
Not to sound mean or anything, but
Arthas and Ner'zhul do not exist anymore. Only the Lich King.
Not as souls, not as different minds living in the same body - the Lich King is a combination of both, but one is not based on addition. Get it in your head.
The very same chain I mentioned shows Arthas dealing a lot more damage than you indicated. So there must be some form of protection spread among the raid (and I mean many many thousands of damage per hit). With 400k "ultimate".

I bet that all the races will end up helping in that fight. The Naaru would probably give you that huge protection that'd protect you most of the time, then the Paladins and Priests would help a bit... There's thousands of things Blizz could do to make this
epic
. There's also thousands of ways they could totally screw it over, too...

Uther comes out of no where and kills the LK at the end
That would totally screw Blizz over rofl :P
Saurfang sneezes on the Lich King and he turns into dust.
That on the other hand...

She's dead and has lost her body, she can't be resurrected. especially since her body isn't there.

Actually, that is her body that she is inhabiting.
I knew that she became a banshee and lost her body, but I didn't know that she found it again . . .
my bad. But I still don't think this is a good idea. If she could be resurrected, what would happen to the other Forsaken? And wouldn't and character that can resurrect (priest, druid, etc.) have tried this before?

The simple reason Sylvanas can't be resurrected is because she is not dead. True, she is not alive either, but certainly not dead.
NPC composition:
50% Body
50% Soul
Resurrection is the act of returning the soul to the body, after they've been separated. In the case of the Scourge and the Forsaken, the soul never left the body - it's still there. The body itself is dead - no life processes are happening, but the soul is still attached to it, hence resurrection is impossible. Can't repair what doesn't need repairing...
I feel like I am explaining why the water is wet...
