I would pick up the 1.5 speed. I love using 2 fast dags over 1 fast-1 Slow or 2 slow.
it seems that 2 fast dagger is better atm. im for 2 slow, which im currently using.
fi have been testing it quite a while. and dps is not so different (around 0.4-0.5 % the difference in favor of fast).
i need more though. my armory is in the sig. look at it. im currently using the badge daggers (i love big numbers, im taking the fun way atm^^) but i have tested on the dummies with edge + slow offhand. need more badges for the fast offhand. so i can try with all the possible setups, slow/slow fast/slow slow/fast and fast/fast. and i can learn to play better the spec (51/5/5 atm).
i think i'll fraps it then i'll post a link. it takes me some time though. hope it helps.

This guide has really helped me, alot. but one question i have is i have malazcheen and enough honor for the Mecerd shiv or shanker. i have the poison cap and idk which to get. any tips?
I assume you mean for PvE. i wouldn't get either, get the Edge of Oppression from Heroic Magister's Terrace and throw the Prince dagger in your offhand.
I'm just wondering how big of a difference there is between putting 2/2 in Elusiveness versus me putting 2/2 in Camouflage for the Mutilate PVP build. Will I notice significant performance in putting the two points in one talent or the other?
Elusiveness drops the cooldown on essential PvP abilities. Its much more useful than stealth speed increases.
Should we be using double wound poison for soloing now? Maybe we should..
As Combat, yes.
So how useful is Hit rating now? I have close to the hardcap, should i try replacing it?
What spec are you and what is your raidcomp? In other words, you'll want to spreadsheet it.
This spec looks good, and will strongly consider using it, just 1 question, you mention its for raid, how about leveling? still viable?
Adding a leveling section soon.

DPS should be higher with fast/fast, you might be doing something wrong.

sorry but im in the same situation of baap. i retried and my dps is more with 2 slow than with 2 fast. maybe there is a point in where mutilate damage becomes more important than poison procs and FA? i never found myself out of energy, and never dropped both HFB and SnD.
maybe my rotation is not perfect, but datas say so. again i'm frapsing all the tests, and when i come up with a good video i'll post it.

For PvP yes, as it stands for PvE, no.

Also you'r pvp mutilate build looked alittle strange too me. Could you exsplain why you sacrifced Improved Kidney shot for Focused attacks? The subtly tree also looked alittle off too me. Camouflage IMO would be a must, at least 2/3, so you can blind and restealth with out cutting it too close. And I am not sure about it but wouldn't Serrated blades improve your mutilate damage more? This is the build I am using currently.

Relentless strikes would no doubt be vary usfull for energy gains, but with the new energy regen you'r energy comes back pretty quickly, and if you have the PvP gear your energy with Vigor becomes 120, which means consecutive mutilates. ^_^
Improved Kidney Shot and Focused Attacks are interchangeable, depending on your team comp.
Camo is not a must, its a filler talent. You shouldn't have any problems restealthing after a Blind. How often do you Blind someone within 3 seconds of using your Stealth ability?
Serrated Blades will be taken at 80, but Relentless Strikes is all but required for this build. You are putting out a finisher roughly every 6-8 seconds, thats alot of energy.
EDIT: Also, energy regeneration rate is the same as it was, it is just continuous now, and not in "ticks".

Please be careful with Shadowpanther. Zodar is awesome, and has put alot of work into his site, but MAEP != DPS™ (copyright Lucsoke 2008). Generally the list is ordered properly, but when considering the rest of your gear, it can differ, which causes a drop in DPS most of the time.

So do Muti rogues have to wait for the expansion before we get any decent glyphs? :|

probably yes. anyway the combination fast/ fast is real more dps than slow/slow. anyway the fight must be very long to see a real difference, more than 6 minutes.
i suggest to use slow/slow in solo and dungeons, then go for fast/fast in raids. and edge of oppression, a really good dagger, does a lot less damage than the badge one for example, impacting on dps pretty sensibly. i am quite sure that there is a turning point when the slow dagger does sufficient damage to compensate the loss of FA and poison procs.
so, for the joy of kicklucky, go get the spreadsheet.

The sprint glyph is being changed from minus 1 min on the CD to + an additional 30% speed.
Apparently they thought a 1 min sprint was to OP.
