Master of Puppets.
The video linked isn't the greatest quality, but good god, it's a great song for raiding. You can repeat it over and over and it doesn't get old.

"Stand" by Machinae Supremacy
is what I choose to listen to when grinding.
"Your Love" by Prodigy
is another I tend to listen to.

Dragonforce and their ilk are what brought about punk, by being virtuoso egotists who care more about technical skill than writing GOOD music.
Whether this makes them a good or bad thing Im not sure.

Hang on, what? There's another kind of punk I don't know about?
To me, Punk = Sex Pistols and The Clash.
Obviously not Dragonforce, but their equivalent back then :P
and tbh, Sex Pistols and the Clash are over-rated, MC5 and The Damned FTW :P

I just found it unusual that you were describing a punk that was "More concerned with technical skill than with writing good music" ... I thought punk was supposed to be the other way around? I was describing bands like EL&P as
"More concerned with technical skill than with writing good music"
:p
