Why would you not put points into Sudden Death? That's beyond me. Plus, armor reduction from maces seems the way to go in all shapes and forms. And here's an honest question for the warrior community-
As it stands, you spend 5 talent points to get 70 AP from Commanding Presence. Is that honestly worth it? In beta I haven't given it a shot, but as I see it those points could easily be spent elsewhere.

Sudden death = no rage. I'd rather carry on with my normal slam rotation in PvE, and I'd rather have extra rage for pummel, MS, hamstring, intimidating shout... and basically anything else I might need. I already end up ignoring execute a lot of the time now in PvP, so I don't see why I should bother speccing sudden death :-/
