Some Leveling Advice?

If there is already a thread for this content, please forgive me and just direct me to that page. I've looked for a while to find one, but have failed =(
If anyone would be so kind, I have just recently started playing on a PvP server, and am trying to level up to the level cap. I'm currently a level 42 Human Rogue, and am looking for places to level. Normally I wouldn't have a problem, as I have the experience in training; the only problem is that it was on a PvE server, so I didn't have to worry about being hunted down by an opposing faction.
I know of several great places to train, my favorite being STV, but obviously it's not an easy place to train on a PvP server, especially with my kind of leveling attitude where I prefer to level alone.
So, to the point of this whole thread...
Could anyone attempt to provide the most efficient locations to level up for each faction, from level 1 to 70? I don't need a full list by one single person, but if people can provide their best knowledge for certain level groups, for both Horde and Alliance characters, I would greatly appreciate it, as I'm sure many others would as well.
Thank you for taking the time to read all of this (yeah, I tend to write too much >.<), and I'm looking forward to any help I can receive =)

I've always leveled 42-43 in stv (even on a pvp server). The bloodsail quests, the last raptor mastery quest, and big game hunter, along with a few other quests should be more than enough to finish the level off.
However, if you're looking for a way to avoid STV completely, you could try dustwallow marsh or the swamp of sorrows (that's from a horde point of view, not sure if it works for alliance as well, but there should be equivalent zones someplace).

Alright, thank you both very much for your input. As for your question Vual, I've played a few other games and built up a bit of a reputation in one; that may be where you recognize my name.
As of now, level 43, I've finished most, if not all, of the quests I can do in Feralas, Dustwallow Marsh, and Desolace, which span to quests at or below level 45. I've been eying Tanaris, as there's several quests available. I'm just not too sure about how safe it is, due to it being a primarily neutral area, much like STV. I guess I'll try it out for a while though, as it was a great place for me on a previous character, and maybe mix it with Hinterlands. If anyone would suggest something different, please don't hesitate to speak up.
As for faction, I'm on the Alliance,
mostly
due to the fact my sister and friends are already on that side. I prefer the more serious and dangerous look the horde has, and find their racial attributes to be more fitting for me, but I'd rather have some people to help me out. And yeah I've found it to be a bit babied lol; much of the Alliance starting areas are very secluded and kept for Alliance characters alone, regardless of the Contested status of the areas.
Thank you for the add-on tips. I have quite a few already, including Cartographer and Quest Helper, but I'll take a look at what Lighthead is and what it does.
If anyone else has any suggestions, I'm all for hearing them. If you think that Tanaris for leveling around 43-46 and hinterlands for 46-48 is a good plan for the moment, please let me know so I'm not as hesitant and waste my time looking for alternative paths ^_^;

I'm surprised that no one mentioned a leveling guide as an option, as it says exactly what he should do when and where. Well goodluck with your leveling, and i can agree with one of the above posters that Questhelper + Cartographer is a great help when leveling.
