Not really sure where they are going with this change.
Curse of Doom now gives 100% chance to spawn a doomguard if the target dies to curse of doom.
Any thoughts?

Will be amazingly fun in AV, pretty meaningless elsewhere. CoD still has to land the killing blow V_V

Also heard that Ritual of Doom will no longer randomly kill one player, but rather take a significant portion of health...can't seem to find the link referencing this at the moment...
Would be nice but I still don't think this will lead to an "outbreak" of Doomguards.
Of course, I will be CoD critters like mad when this change is made :)
....
Hmmm now maybe I DO want the new Amplify curse to cut down my GCD

while it would be sweet the fact is that the doomguard will suck until they make it scale with level.
as of right now it is a lvl 60 and so when you throw it at a target it just misses/glances every hit. i hope that they fix this so that the doomguard might actually be fun and useful beyond lvl 60.

they are tweaking it, as well as the infernal.
Whether they tweak it enough we won;t know till patch day

This just in
Curse of Doom now summons a Doomguard only if the target yields experience or honor.
Oh and Infernal nerfed more
Inferno now summons an infernal under the command of the caster for 1 minute. (Down from 5 minutes)
