all the glyphs have that crap, no glyph is actually going to have a 1 HOUR long cooldown to proc. I don't even have initiative in that spec btw. If you meant elusiveness, that's for the cloak and blind cd reductions.

Edit 2: SA affects hemo meaning it gives an even bigger damage bonus than SinC. Your spec doesn't look that bad after all, didn't notice that part before. The thing I'd be worried about losing the most would be PotW though, that's a pretty hefty crit damage buff due to it affecting white damage as well.
Edit 3: I'd still take imp snd over imp kick though, imp kick is next to worthless. I had it in s2 combat maces and trying to use the silence was only really good against mages in combination with garrote. Trying it on a healer just meant you ended up missing the heal you needed to kick.

If you look at
Surprise attacks, you will see
the damage dealt by your Sinister Strike, Backstab, Shiv,
Hemorrhage and Gouge abilities is increased by 10%.
Compared to sinister calling's 5% it is actually not bad at all, you just lose 5% Agi but i think its worth it for the other awesome talents.
Plus I think its a 1hr cooldown for adding the glyphs not the proc having 1hr cooldown. Even so 160% weapon damage > 40% chance to net another CP(its not guaranteed if the comments are to be believed)
