Triple exp leveling strat?

I've recently been doing that Triple Exp thing with linked accounts and running my lowbies through instances with my GF's mage. My lowbies are around 38 and I've been in SM since they were 26.
My question for other people doing a similar thing with the instance grinding on triple exp is, what level does SM start to lose it's edge (last night I was clearing Cathedral in 3-4 pulls, doing 120k exp/hr) and what's the next instance that I should try and do?
I was thinking of going to ZF, but I'm not sure her mage can AoE down ZF in as few pulls since obviously the guys are higher level, so that means slightly longer runs, but if the EXP jumps up significantly per mob, it'd be worth it.
Just looking for opinions from people who've done this. Thanks!

When my friend and I boost our recruit-a-friend characters, we quest until 20, do Shadowfang Keep from 20-25, Scarlet Monastery from 25-40, Zul'farrak from 40-45, Stratholme from 45-50, then do quests in Western Plaguelands and some big exp quest chains (such as the Blasted Lands one from the Fallen Hero of the Horde, the one in Winterspring where you kill the named beast mobs, and the cauldron quests in WPL) from 50-60. The exp with RAF bonus from the quest chains makes it a
ton better
than the instances once you get to 50. Hope this helps out, my friends and I boosted our last 60s with 24 hours /played using warrior mains for all of the instance run-throughs.
