From what I have read shadoweaving affects all shadow damage so if you have a shadow wand it will benfit from shadoweaving too (check out the comments for the
ST priest quest
).
As shadow affinity and shadow focus only affect "your shadow spells" I don't think this applies to wanding. You may get fewer resists with a shadow wand due to misery and shadow weaving though (not 100% sure on that though).
From the affli lock perspective, once again suppression tooltip indicates "your shadow spells" rather than shadow damage caused by you.
A subtle but important difference I think.

Hehe primar, I'm here to thwart your info giving ways!
I will be first! FIRST I tell you!
The annoying thing is, while I may have posted first, I have a feeling your post is more informative than mine -.-

As a person who has speced both in/out of wand spec:
Shadowform effects ALL shadow damage you do. Including wands, procs (timbal's trinket), and whatnot that are shadow based.
Misery Effects all Spell damage. Wands are consitered physical damage, but with a damage type (shadow, frost, arcane, fire) as of patch 2.0. This came in effect due to VE healing from the formerly spell based wanding healing people. OP evidently. This still effects wand damage.
Shadow Weaving effects shadow spell damage. This is the iffy part, for this effect does not effect wanding.
Darkness does not effect shadow based wands.

At the end of the day, your wand's mostly there for stats, and you only ever wand when you're OOM
or (if soloing) the mob's nearly dead
. While you would get a DPS increase by using a Shadow wand, you're rarely going to be in a situation where it'll matter.
well Primar while i usually agree with you, this time i can't.
I use my wand all the time to finish mobs
, it saves mana and even tho i know Tap is gonna go off anyways, I prefer to finish mobs with the wand while soloing because that mana I save is going to add up to another mob I can pull later. Besides, with your SW:P ticking away and with a good wand, you are doin a hell of a lot of damage anyway. The only time I use SW:D is when i know it'll die and I'm in a multiple mob situation.....
Just my 2cp
I might be wrong here Vindicar, but I think that you are violently agreeing with Primar instead!
As a holy priest (no spirit tap) I use my wand a hell of a lot. the last 10-25% of a mob's HP i'll have renew ticking, SW:P up for a few more ticks (hopefully) and I'll be wanding to save the need to drink after.
Like you say Vindicar, if it's a multipull (or I get ganked mid mob) then SW:D has it's uses, but the rest of the time it's wand all the way.
Even as holy my SW:P ticks are around the 350-400 mark and my wand will only do about half that damage (I don't have a great wand sadly)! I don't benefit from any of the wonderful SPriest debuffs, but I'll still use my wand to aid my regen while soloing.
Hell, I'll even use my wand in instances if everyone is on full HP and renew is ticking on the tank. It has been known to save a bad situation (as well as preserve my mana regen, thereby helping the tank keep rage, so the pulls can go faster).
Wands have lots of applications if you are willing to try and find them. I have seen shadowpriests using wands on Curator's Evocation (back in the good old days when Kara was actually hard) because they were OOM and could see the opportuinuty to keep dps up.
Shadow priest's wand damage seem to benefit from some of their debuffs so should (in my opinion) try to use a shadow dmg wand if possible (to answer the OP's question).
