I think the guy in the backround Talking was Arthas's father, the King of Lorderon, and he is remembering what his father said to him.

Of course it's his father. Who else would use 'my son'?

1 mistake- Someone told me that it is not any aspect, but something like Frost Queen.

Wrong wrong wrong this dragon is called Galakrond and arthas ressed him as a frost wyrm. Also as patrikamn told this dragon isnt any aspect but he was the reagent of the creation of the aspects for more info check here.

Actually, you're wrong.
The frost wyrm in the cinematic is Sindragosa, "The Frost Queen"
It's just a frost wyrm, I dont know why everyone is looking into this so deeply. The voice over mentions how Arthas will learn how to stir his people as the king of lordareon but in an ironic mirror he stirs the undead army as the lich king. It's a plot device called dramatic irony as we know what happens to Arthas but his Father does not. The frost wyrm was one of the strongest non-hero units in WC3 so seeing one join the fight is usually a good sign.

It is indeed Sindragosa, <The Frost Queen>.
If you take a look into some Screenshots of a place called "Sindragosa's Fall" (

)
you will realize that it is the same place as the cinematics.

It is Sindragosa. If you had actually bothered to read the questline in your link, you'd have known that you stop Galakrond from being raised, because otherwise the alliance / horde would once again be doomed apparently.

That is the problem. Should we choose to be friendly with faction Arthas/Scourge or not? I helped him in WC III to become what he is so I dunnno.
