Do you have Quest Helper?
I had that problem as well, but after I disabled Quest Helper, it didn't happen any more.
The strange thing is, the error only appeared after I logged on my warlock.

Defragmenting does not clear up space, no matter how many PC world 'experts' will love to argue otherwise. The only difference degragging will have is maybe a faster load time for WoW.
You only need 512MB of RAM to play WoW, so you meet that. You do need about 6gb (10gb to be safe, lots of patches) to be able to install WoW and patches. Try clearing up space until you have that much free (Open up My Computer and click C:/ to see how much it says you have free) then try reinstalling the game.

I had this happen to me briefly the other day, with no issues mentioning anything about storage in the 7 or so years I've been playing this now. Thought it was strange so before anything else I just closed the game client and started it back up again, worked fine on second try and haven't had that pop up again since.
Might not be that simple for others, but I imagine running the repair program in your wow folder would solve the issue, that's worked for me more times than anything else when running into errors logging in.(##RESPBREAK##)2060##DELIM##Sas148##DELIM##This thread is from 2008 and therefore is rather out of date and likely isn't a current issue. Also, there is no Repair utility in the WoW folder anymore, repairs happen automatically when accessing WoW from the launcher.
