Firstly, from looking at your spec, I would recommend a reshuffle of talents.
Try a
more conventional spec to get the most out of your BM setup (you can argue between Efficiency and Imp HM depending upon what you/your guild thinks will benefit everyone more).
You are missing some vital points from
Ferocious Inspiration and
Mortal Shots.
You also have some talents that will not serve you well in raiding so are effectively wasted (in my humble opinion).
Gear wise I recommend running Shadowlabs to get
Sonic Spear from the last boss. This is arguably one of the best non-raiding PvE hunter weapons in the game!
I would also suggest doing UB heroic for
Hungarhide Gauntlets or the Cipher of Damnation Q chain for
Ar'tor's Mainstay and running Sethekk halls for
Sky-Hunter Swift Boots.

Maybe, I'd consider you for the first half but not for a full run.
Your attack power and crit chance seem reasonable to me but your hit chance is really too low. You can't even hit a level 70 target all of the time much less the level 72 mobs you might be asked to crowd control or a level 73 boss. You need +9% total to always hit a level 73 so you will be losing at least 4.5% of your potential damage.
Your total health is too low to take some of the raid wide damage in the later half of Kara. WIthout both the Bloodberry elixir and Song of Victory your armory is showing now Shade's pyroblast(7.5k damage) will kill you and it will be a near thing even if you get the raid buffs and food needed to match your current bonus stamina.
A pair of
The Sunbreaker swords will give you just as much attack power as your current axe and improve your hit rating but then your total stamina will be even lower. You should also be able to get
Terokkar Tablet of Precision to help with the extra hit you need, at least on boss fights.
Your +armor armor kits are a waste, trying to reduce physical damage should not be a concern for you and you would be much better served by the +8 or +10 stamina armor kits.
Similarly you have an armor enchant on yoru cloak which could be replaced with agility and if you had completed the quests from the Aldor you would have enough reputation with them to be able to afford at least their cheaper shoulder enchant.
Finally take a look at the stickies here to see if you can find upgrades over those last two green items.
Does that mean you can do Kara? Maybe, it really depends on who you plan to group with, how far they want to go in the instance, and how much they need from you to meet those goals.
Sorry if the above seems overly harsh, I'm just trying to be brief not mean.
Edit:
I should have looked at your talents. Some things might be negotiable as a matter of personal preference but you are missing some of the essentials.
You should have Go for the Throat(and Bestial Discipline wouldn't hurt), with out it your pet will not be able to afford to use a "focus dump" skill like claw or gore and will only do a fraction of its potential damage.
You should have Ferocious Inspiration. There is nothing you could trade those three points for that would be more valuable than 3% more damage from everyone in your group.
Where exactly you take points from is up to you but I'd suggest dropping Hawk Eye for starters.
