I'd have to see your armory/stats when you aren't wearing a fishing hat to get a better idea. I'm sure you're not tanking with 470 defense...Are you?
Chest: Yeah, that's got to go, quick. I prefer Chestplate of the Stoic Guardian, which gives you as much avoidance (and more of it dodge) than the Chestplate of Stoicism, for 25 fewer badges. 3 sockets > 1.
Cloak: 12 Dodge > 120 armor. Get it.
Gloves: Maiden's gloves have more potential stamina (with 2 Solid Stars) than the T4. This is important because...
You stamina is too low for ZA. Not sure about Gruuls (getting 25 people together has been the real challenge), but for ZA, unless your tank helmet is contributing about 1000 to your health pool, you won't make it to the bear boss. I'm off-tanking ZA at about 14000 unbuffed health, but when we started running it, I was at about 13667; let's just say my healer really needed to be on his game.
So, use the warcrafter sandbox to figure out what it'll take to get crit-proof and uncrushable, then start gemming and enchanting for stamina. The spell damage from your weapon (with wizard oil on it) will be sufficient.

note that warcrafter also has a link to be.imba :D
for ZA, I usually ask that tanks have 14k for paladins, 15k for warriors and 17k for druid tanks, and this isn't for a timed run

My raid-buffed health is around 19000, and our warrior MT is a tick above 20k. We're actually getting pretty close to making the timer on Nalorakk, but I've heard it's faster to do the eagle boss first. Thoughts?

9 out of our 10 raiders show on Be Imba as geared for beyond ZA. Despite that, we haven't been able to get the first timed boss down. We typically try to do Bear first, although from what I've read Eagle tends to be the more favored in regards to the timed event.
We've had 2 different tank set-ups: The Bear-form tank in both cases was a Druid bear with ~21k fully buffed; for the Troll-form, we've used both a Warrior with ~16k buffed and a Paladin with ~14.5k buffed. Both of those set-ups worked worked - but even skimming by with 2 healers and filling up the other 6 spots with good focus DPS, we're still running about 2 and a half minutes too long to hit the first timer.
That all being said, remember that Nalorakk doesn't crush - so it's a good idea to swap out some of your avoidance gear for higher Stamina gear (for more health); just make sure you stay above uncrittable.

Try eagle, then bear, then dragonhawk, then lynx. it seems to go more smoothly that way... that way the gauntlet gets out of the way early...

We actually cheat on the Gauntlet... We timed doing it both ways and it seems to be shorter for us to do it using the "pet pull" method.

Really? I've heard of the 2-man DI drive-by method (though I haven't tried it), but not this "pet-pull" you speak of. How's that work?

One way weve done is all run past to the right of the stairs and die.... ankh or di... then rez.. kill the leader.
THen pick off the groups 1 at a time.
