drop unholy blight, gargoyle, and unholy command. You will almost never use them in a pvp environment.
In pvp, runic power is -always- better spent on deathcoils than on a gargoyle or UB. unholy command isnt that big a deal, and your points would be better spent in improved death coil. Also, pick up morbidity.

The talent trees, especially unholy, still have a lot of errors in them though. Most of the talents in unholy are being altered from what the tree currently says, and another talent GC has hinted at is being added (we dont know what it will do yet, only that it will synergize well with unholy blight).

rom reading around, is UB and gargoyle really not that great for pvp visas? i know from what you've said ub just doesnt do enough dmg but whats the problem with gargoyle for pvp? does death coil really out dmg gargoyle that easily or what gives?

The problem is that you rarely have enough runic power to get much use out of those abilities. Typically any pvp I find myself involved in on the beta servers is when a horde tries to gank me, or when I try to gank a horde... and I almost always have a near-full runic power bar in those situations - yet I still never found unholy blight or the gargoyle that useful, when I can throw out a double deathcoil for up to 2600 damage near instantly.
In battleground and arena pvp, where you dont have mobs around to build up your runic power on before a fight, you are going to have a -much- harder time generating enough runic power to use those abilities. Right now, most attacks generate an average of 10 runic power, and many spells dont generate any at all.
To be perfectly honest, unholy is not that great a pvp spec. You're going to get trumped by everything but casters in more than 50% of your pvp encounters, and even the casters will kite the hell out of you. Until I see what the devs are doing to improve unholy with the next build (a lot has still not been revealed), I would strongly suggest aiming for a blood or frost build for strict pvp purposes, whether you're wanting to do arenas or battlegrounds.

the gargoyle does awesome damage, it just costs too much to use in a pvp environment, and it's very slow to summon.
I really dont see any use to the gargoyle at this point... it might be a decent talent when you're on an endgame raid boss and need extra DPS - but in that situation you also have the ability to generate more runic power because you can constantly be in-range of the boss to use your rune abilities. In pvp, where you're kited very easily, it's hard to use your strikes to generate runic power.
I'm probably going to be skipping the gargoyle entirely unless something else in the new trees gets changed to free up points for it. Right now it's just one extra talent point that my planned build cannot afford. Unholy blight is looking to be much more useful, at least in pve, than the gargoyle.

so then does gargoyle talent really have any special place of its own? pvp or pve wise? seems death coil can do just the same dmg wise and cost you a talent pt less so whats the whole pt of it, just a

Currently, yes. Imo.
What I expect they were going for, is a much more expensive, much more effective, Death Coil. If not something else entirely.
I'd like to see some amount of the Runic Power dependency removed, and a little utility thrown in. We already get quite a bit with ghoul abilities, yes. But if I don't get a; Demoralizing Shout, Root, CC, SOMETHING, out of it - I don't see much of a reason to pick this skill up. Even if it does get a major buff.
i posted about the gargoyle on the official forums to see if we can get it either replaced or 'fixed' to be more useful.
