I'm not a heavy macro user, so I can't help you there. The only one I have that I use is my target demon macro for Illhoof.
For UI and Addons, I can help you though.
I highly recommend Clique, Hotimer, and X-Perl Unit Frames. Those are my primary Resto Druid addons, but I also use basic ones like Titan Bar, Omen, and Deadly Boss Mods - typical raid things (you should have them too).
I've tried several Bar Mods. You just have to find one you like. It's really all personal preference with those. Some people like the default bars, some people want them all over the screen, some like different shapes, some like a little box in the middle. Find what you like and use it.
Now, a bit more detail on Resto Addons. Clique + X-Perl (more people use Grid, I didn't like it so much but you might try it out).
X-Perl does all kinds of things, but I basically use it for it's raid frames. The default raid frames work fine too though. You can use X-Perl to completely customize where things on your screen appear and such. I've spent hours playing with it finding the setup I like (I find the default X-Perl layout to be very messy).
Clique lets you assign mouse/key click combinations to moves. I only use it for one thing - Lifebloom. When I right click a raidframe, it casts Lifebloom on that person without me switching targets (so I can keep my focus on the tank). Some people like to do a lot more with it.
Hotimer is just a hot/dot timer. It's just handy for keeping your Lifebloom stacks going and keeping track of who you've healed and such.

if you're going to be healing a lot i highly recommend Healbot. I started using it on my priest a couple months ago for BG's and havent looked back since. I am consistently in the top 5 healers every BG I do and often top healer in AV. Decursive is also a very helpful addon for dispelling debuffs.
