Well, first, it's a little early to make L80 prot specs, as things will probably change before WotLK goes live.
That being said, you skipped Anticipation (5% dodge) and Deflection (5% parry), which are both huge. Seal of Vengence is far better for threat than Seal of Command, and Vindication doesn't work on bosses in WoW right now, so there are three points you can drop to put into Deflection. I would take the rest out of Heart of the Crusader, unless you are strongly attached to it.
In the Prot tree, you need to pick up the +5% dodge. I just noticed you also skipped Sacred Duty, for +6% stamina. I would drop Guarded by the Light for Sacred Duty, and Divine Strength for Anticipation.
Also, as of the current Beta build, Shield Spec only benefits the block value on your shield and gear, and not block value from strength; this will probably change, but if it dosn't, I'd take the points out of Redoubt and put them in Divine Strength, and the points from Shield Spec can go into any other talents you need. I would suggest Spell Warding, or 3/5 Reckoning.

add reckoning to personal taste. i've lived so long without it I don't mind anymore.
Doubtful, I don't think there will be A tank build. I think we will see several flavors: a
Generic MT
build, a
MT survival
, a
MT/OH
are a few examples
Divine Strength will be much more useful in WotlK: 1BV per 2 STR points, strength will increase AP which will increase DPS/TPS of
Hammer of the Righteous
, the extra BV will increase the effectiveness of
Shield of Righteousness
Divine Guardian
+ the new
Divine Protection
= raid wide shield wall of win
+15% DPS/TPS boost from
Seals of the Pure
should be more than the DPS/TPS boost from
Improved Judgments
because it affects the seal effect and the judgement
The healing bonus on Imp Devo Aura is not bad but not enough to make it core
tank
talent
I will miss the 5% parry and do recognize it as a core tanking talent but spending 10pts to get it is harder to justify with all the new goodness in the prot tree.

That statement speaks volumes about the uselessness of Reckoning.
