Lava Burst: You hurl molten lava at the target, dealing 888 to 1132 Fire damage. If Flame Shock is on the target, Lava Burst will consume the Flame Shock, causing Lava Burst to critically hit.
Summon Air Elemental: Summons an Air Elemental to accompany the caster until dismissed.
Skin of Earth: Thorns sprout from the friendly target causing $s1 Nature damage to attackers when hit. Lasts $d.
Earthliving Weapon - Imbue the Shaman's weapon with earthen life. Increases healing done by $51940$s2 and each heal has a 20% chance to proc Earthliving on the target, healing an additional 180 over 6 seconds. Lasts 30 minutes. (Scales with spellpower)
New Talents!:Elemental * Elemental Oath: Increases your chance to hit with all spells by 50/100% while Elemental Mastery or Elemental Focus is active. (36 point)
* Astral Shift: When you are critically hit twice in a row, you have a 33/66/100% chance to shift into the Astra Plane, causing you to be immune to all physical damage for 3 sec. This effect has a 30 second cooldown. (41 point)
* Lava Flow: Increases the amount of spell damage gained while having Flametongue Weapon equipped by 5/10/15%, and increases the damage done by your Flame Shock and Lava Burst by 4/8/12%. (41 point)
* Storm, Earth, and Fire: Your Frost Shock has a 5/10/15/20/25% chance to root the target in frozen ice for 2 sec., your Earth Shock's range is increased by 1/2/3/4/5 yards and the periodic damage done by your Flame Shock is increased by 20/40/60/80/100%. (46 point)
* Thunder: You call down a bolt of lighting, energizing you and damaging nearby enemies within 10 yards. Restores 5% mana to you and deals 595 to 679 nature damage to all nearby enemies, knocking them back 200 yards . (51 point)
Enhancement * Elemental Shields: Increases the damage done by your Lightning Shield orbs by 5/10/15%, increases the amount of mana gained from your Mana Shield orbs by 5/10/15% and increases the amount of healing done by your Earth Shield orbs by 5/10/15%. (0 point)
* Mental Dexterity: Increases your Attack Power by 33/66/100% of your Intellect. (11 point)
* Improved Stormstrike: (36 point)
* Static Shock: You have a 2/4/6% chance to hit your target with a Lightning Shield Orb charge when you do damage, and increases your spell damage by $s2% when you have Lightning Shield active. (Lower 2 ranks " and increases your the number of charges of your Lightning Shield by 1.") (41 point)
* Improved Shamanistic Rage: While under the effect of Shamanistic Rage, you have a 50/100% chance also cause you to be immune to all stun, snare and movement impairing effects. (41 point)
* Weapon Specialization: (46 point)
o "Axe - Increases the critical strike damage bonus by $s1%.
o Mace -Has a $s2% chance to increase your melee haste by 10% for 15 sec.
o Fist -Attacks from your fist weapons have a $s3% chance to reduce the armor of your target by 20% for 6 sec."
* Feral Spirit: Summons 2 Spirit Wolves under the command of the Shaman, lasting 30 sec. (51 point)
Restoration * Blessing of the Eternals: (36 point - No info yet)
* Ancestral Awakening: When you critically heal with your Healing Wave or Lesser Healing Wave, you summon an Ancestral spirit to aid you, instantly healing the lowest health friendly target within 40 yards for 20% of the amount healed. (41 point)
* Improved Earth Shield: Increases the amount of charges for your Earth Shield by 1/2, and increasing the healing done by your Earth Shield by 5/10%. (41 point)
* Tidal Wave: Increases the critical effect chance of your Lesser Healing Wave and Healing Wave spells by 1/2/3/4/5%, and your Healing Wave and Lesser Healing Wave spells gain an additional 5/10/15/20/25% of your bonus healing effects. (46 point)
* Spirit Link: You link the friendly target with two nearby targets, causing 50% of the damage taken to be distributed to the linked targets. After 2200 damage, the link will sever. (51 point)
CHANGES TO SKILLS!
General * Many totem's effects are being combined (e.g. Grace of Air and Strength of Earth into a single totem).
I do not know if the GoE/SoE totem will be earth or air :\ * Totems will now effect all nearby raid members instead of being confined to party members.
Elemental * Earth's Grasp: Now requires no points in the Elemental tree to begin acquiring the talent (down from 5).
Still noone will probably get this * Elemental Devistation: Now requires 5 talent points in the Elemental tree (down from 15).
Supposedly theres rumors of melee crit benefiting spell crit, both enh/elem might get this now. * Totem of Wrath: No longer requires 5 points in Lightning Overload.
Enhancement * Enhancing Totems: Now requires no 0 points in the Elemental tree to begin acquiring the talent (down from 10).
* Improved Lightning Shield: Removed.
Making way for the new Static Shock talent near end of enh tree. * Windfury Totem: Removed. The effect is no longer a weapon enchant. It is now a party buff giving the same effect, the end result being that it now stacks with poisions, sharpening stones and also works for druid feral forms.
*NOTE* This only applies to the TOTEM - Meaning that you will still enchant your own weapon with the normal Windfury Weapon (meaning that it IS NOT dispellable.) * Heroism/Bloodlust will affect all raid members nearby in the same way as totem changes.
Checks in the mail. * Rockbiter Weapon: Removed and replaced with Earthliving Weapon.
We'll be seeing more low lvl shammy healers in the low lvl instances :) Even I'm willing to play as resto with this little guy! * Flametongue Weapon: Now increases spell damage.
Flametongue will be USEFUL! Might be worth while to level your lowby shammy as elemental until you get to 30 now. * Ancestral Knowledge: changed to 3 ranks, 2% mana each, shammy change.
Goes nicely with Mental Dexterity (Which at rank 3/3 gives you 100% int to atk power conversion!) Restoration * Earth Shield: No longer requires 3 points in Nature's Blessing.
In conclusion (for those of you enh shammy's that didnt notice thru reading this!): Enh shammy's will have: 2 Feral Wolves, 1 Air Elemental, 1 Fire or Earth elemental totem + Windfury + Melee Penetration + Stun/Fear Immunity AND!!! The incredibly valuable asset of actually wanting to try out your alter-ego's as an Elemental or Resto shammy =]. Once again, all this info is from
