The chowdown is so bugged, several times I have seen people have 1 or 2 points before event is even started. Guess who wins then every time?Edit! Secondly, sometimes you have to eat only 2 or 4 times to finish a plate, WTF!
Players giving you grief? Can't see what's on your plate? Here are two solutions for the new Chowdown mini game:Solution 1: The Solo Strategy (Guaranteed to Work)Stop watching your character eat the sausages on their plate, instead watch the vehicle action bar. This helps to not only ignore the other players who are blocking your vision, but also focuses your attention on a smaller part of the screen. While monitoring your choke bar make sure to press the buttons as the become available. Fast button pressing is not required during the actual competition as faster button mashing is likely to result in your character choking. Instead take it slowly and eventually you will win. This may still be frustrating to those that are impatient, however patience is indeed the key to this challenge. As for actually making it into the eating competition, fast mouse clicking is your ticket. Unfortunately there is no queue which means that everyone will be scrambling to get into the competition and sadly disrespecting one another as they push and shove to get ahead of one another.Solution 2: The Group Strategy (Not Guaranteed to Work)If all else fails you might be able to form a group for later in the two week holiday event to alternate taking turns to each earn your tokens. This can wind up with you taking an hour to ensure that each of the four players in your group receives enough tokens for the toy. This strategy can make the competition much less arduous as three players can afk while one wins their tokens. Sadly, this is not a guaranteed viable strategy as other players make still be swarming the competition later in the holiday. Take this strategy with a grain of salt and as a last resort.Don't give up! You can do this! And remember you are competing against other players, not NPCs. Sometimes you will be competing with highly skilled players while other times you will be the most skilled. Practice doesn't make perfect, but it does make you better!

I like how the LFD booth at brewfest is actually just regular draenei, really slams home the worthlessness of the AR
Definitely odd but not that surprising. Vol'jin was dead for quite a while and was still giving speeches. Even now it's Saurfang for the horde. Nice of Sylvanas to grant a temporary pardon for brewfest
Was the daily barrel ram racing this bugged for anything else? (and why did they change it... it's super boring now)I did the one-time, and then took the daily version and it just didn't work. got the ram, but they wouldn't throw me the barrels and i had no quest, and the option to take it disappeared...
Missing Death Knight and Demon Hunter tents...
I am surprised this overview left off the 3rd daily way to collect prize tokens we have had each year. Maybe someone else mentioned it, but I have not read all the posts and do not have the time to do so.There is a daily quest to collect 15 Prize tokens given out by the brew vendors. You ride a racing ram to "bark" or verbally advertise one of the brewer's brew at 4 locations in Iron Forge; the Mystic Ward, the Hall of Explorers, the Military Ward and the bank. There are no apple barrels to refresh your mount along the way so you need to pay attention to make sure your mount does not get exhausted or it will slow to a walk and you might not finish the run before the timer runs out. However, this is not as important as it has been in past years. I have noticed a change in that once you have told all 4 locations about the brew you are riding for, you have completed the quest. I found this out when I let my ram get exhausted so I ran out of time just seconds before getting back to the Brewfest grounds but I could see on my mini map the brewer still had the gold completion question mark and I was able to turn it in. The next day I noticed the quest becomes completed once you have "barked" the last of the 4 locations. I completed Brewmaster long ago and did not ride last year but, in past years, if you were late getting back to him you failed and could not turn in the quest.
Bark daily quests are buggy for me too. About half the time, it starts but doesn't mount me on a ram. Other times, I get a ram and then sometimes it disappears as I pass the new chowdown game.
