Please keep all further posts drama free. There's no need for hostility.
I was also extremely happy to hear the good news, as were the other druids in my guild.
Though I will say, there's a nice quality about not being able to rez people in raids.
"Oh, sorry, buddy, I'm a druid. Get a priest to do it."

I would like to know how having both a combat res on a 20min timer and an out of combat normal res would make druids overpowered?
The whole 'this class is op' stems from pvp. Who uses res in BG? I've never seen it happen. And combat res cant work in arena. So its
only
use is helping the group recover after a wipe quicker. How is that possibly overpowered? and for that matter, how is that bad?
Oh and the combat ress already has a reagent part to it.
Zadrac on Sen'jin this past sunday. We were capping TP in AV with less than 30s on the times. I died to the during 1st wave of attackers. He battle rezzed me. The enemy mage killed him just after he finished the cast. I rezzed, vanished, cheapshotted the enemy druid and blinded the enemy mage. By the time the CC finished it there was less than 10s on timers. BURN BABY BURN
Never say never
And this would be a real nice addition to the druid class. I vote yes to OOC rezzing by

Aye, but his point was that druids have ... the only rez that can help the group else than just eliminating downtime
So a lock and shammy ressing in combat would be completely useless?
just confirming what he said....
Well, frankly they're not druids, so they're sorta lesser characters. You know...
Does anyone not see the blatant trolling here?
Well, we're just so used to foley doing it that we're immune I guess.

I find it funny how anyone can argue that all healing classes having an OOC resurrect and Druids having a combat resurrect should be mutually exclusive.
What would any other class possibly find bad about saving them time when they die. Do you people LIKE to corpse run when it's not necessary?
Combat resurrection is just
part
of the druid class. It has pretty much nothing to do with OOC resurrection. OOC resurrection is just a mechanism to save people's time.
