All quest tooltips are in English on localized versions of Wowhead: Eg:
http://fr.wowhead.com/legion-alchemy-guide#potions
Is it a bug ?

This guide appearance has been fixed. However, the quest tooltips themselves are still showing in English. We're already aware of this and a ticket exists, this affects all non-English locales. Sorry about this but we'll get to it as soon as we can. Thank you!
