1. Remove rating requirements on PvP gear. Simply make it so that a rating/personal rating will enable you to get the item for free or for much cheaper. Some classes and class combinations simply aren't suitable for high-rated pvp. Also some people lack the good internet connections required. Finally, some people just don't have the skill. The skill should be a shortcut but not a necessary condition. It's not a good feeling to simply be "inadequate" to achieve a goal in an MMO despite trying hard. It's actually a horrible feeling. Especially when the goal is gear that you really want.
Are you kidding me? Please tell me this is sarcasm. Yes, I agree, lets make the game require even LESS skill than it does now. Plus, its a great plan to make it even easier to get items from arena that are far superior to anything of equal difficulty that can be found in raids. If you want to play a game that doesn't take skill go try Hello Kitty Happy Island Adventures. Get the hell off our MMO.
Yeah, it sucks to fail when you put forth your best effort. Too bad, it's life. The world shouldn't have to conform to the lowest common denominator of skill and intelligence. If you can't earn the gear, you can't live up to it, and you can't fully utilize it or use it to its full potential. It's wasted on you.
Heres mine:
Make two seperate games, one for pvp-idiots and one for pve-ers.
WAR should get rid of most of these pvp, wellfare epic loving, crap players, who continually think raiding with s2 is quality.
You are a true fool. In fact you basically embody everything that is stupid about the WoW community. Should I waste my time explaining why? Hmm... oh well I don't have to leave for class for another five minutes so I supposed I will.
It's a game. You take it WAY too seriously. You get angry over a completely valid point that happens to disagree with your invalid one. This is a game and that's why it should be fun for everyone. As I said, skill should be a shortcut but not a necessary condition. If someone wants a certain gear in this game they are PAYING to play, then they should be able to get it. Maybe it should take them longer and more work than a more skilled player but it should not be permanently beyond their reach.
"pvp-idiots and pve-ers" Ok so you're a pve-er and you hate pvp-ers. Right here one can see that you're an idiot. A child. An immature crybaby. Some people (myself included) like pvp. Some people (obviously yourself included) like pve. They don't have to be mutually exclusive and I see NOTHING wrong with either preference. Only you would because you're an elitist. You're the type of person that loves to be racist. You are the one that has no place in "our mmo."
Lol. Get a clue you effin' retard. No one wants your kind here.
Oh and btw. I earned shoulders during s3 on three separate characters. I've already earned my s4 weapons and am quite close to shoulders on two of my guys.
So I don't make this suggestion for my sake but for the sake of others who I feel are unfairly shafted out of attaining a goal they have due to their lack of skill, latency, or class-composition.
Right. I suppose you don't even think some class combinations are OP in arena. Right?
Get a clue lol. I won't be reading any response you make as it will be nothing but childish drivel.

Hasn't this been implemented for a while?
At least it has been for me :P
Could probably ignore the NPC's too, with enough messing about with the chat filters.
Well, color me noob. After reading this I went back and took a closer look at my friends list. I had always just tried to click on someones name thinking it would be similar to how you edit a guild note. Just now, after 3 years of playing WoW, I noticed the tiny icon to left of the names in my friends list. :/

1. Allow a player to swap a level 70 of one class for a level 70 of another class. You put the work in, you shouldn't have to spend months to try another class at lvl 70. You could make the transition hard, or make it 70->60 or 70->50 or whatever. Starting from 1 when you've done it 3 or 4 times already is just really discouraging.
2. Guild halls impacted by guild achievements. Most progressive 5 or 10 guilds have their halls actually physically placed in their factions towns, and some of the physical outward appearance of them is impacted by their achievements / progress. Guild achievements can allow them to have easy transportation from within the guild hall, like teleports to major cities / areas / instances / battlegrounds. The key is to make it a place the guild members would be, if it's just a house with no utility nobody will go there.
3. Bring big battlegrounds back but make them BIGGER with more things to do, so that you can have 100 vs 100 or more, but you need to split up into smaller groups to actually be effective. Fostering a leadership structure that works, and make it balanced. Alterac was fun before both sides decided to just allow each other to walk past and see who could kill the npcs first, because if you didn't it would be stalemate and the honor gain would be pitiful. Make that kind of play discouraging, and encourage something more challenging and fun that won't turn into a stalemate every time.

1) Make the priest ability
Fade
have the priest go completely invisible.
2) Make a swimming mount for underwater quests.
3) Some new emotes would be nice. :P
FYI my main is a priest thus my #1 choice.

2) No more Frost Mages. The Frost tree is now replaced with the "Fail" Tree.
3) Resto Shaman-Death Knight-Warrior 3v3 Teams are all banned.
