[US][H][AREA 52] DAYTIME PROGRESSION GUILD

<Mutiny> on realm Area 52 is a daytime/afternoon guild that is currently recruiting for Tomb of Sargeras progression!

Daytime raiding is the most underrepresented time to raid, and many of our members work nights/early mornings or live overseas.

Our goal is to become one of the top-performing guilds in the afternoon timeslot, with a focus on high-end mythic progression.

Our team raids from 3PM - 6PM EST, Tues/Wed/Mon.

We also run M+ and old content on off-nights, and our tight-knit community is active in-game and on Discord.

OUR CODE OF CONDUCT:

Be respectful of others
Maintain a positive attitude
No sexism, racism, homophobia, etc.
No flaming
Maintain a professional and respectful image for the guild

RAID PREPAREDNESS CHECKLIST:

Notified RL/Officer about conflicts
Updated addons
Thoroughly researched relevant fights
Flasks, potions, food, runes, etc.
Tomes
Reroll tokens
Gear durability

RAIDER EXPECTATIONS:

Core Raiders/Sub Raiders:

Meet minimum traits requirement (updated every 2 weeks)
Consistent attendance (minimum 80%)
Show up prepared and on time
Notify officers/RL about conflicts as soon as possible
Knowledgable about class and min-maxing
Thoroughly research fights and mechanics
Have a functioning mic and headset
Complete the maximum M+ every week
Complete emissaries (strongly encouraged)

Trial Raiders:

Meet minimum traits requirement
100% attendance during trial period
Show up prepared and on time
Knowledgeable about class and min-maxing
Thoroughly research fights and mechanics
