Hello,
My wife's little nephew decide to stop wow (due to low degrees) and his parents give me his account. So atm i have 2 different accounts. Mine and my nephews. The think is that the kiddo has some really cool mounts that im jelous :) and i wonder how i can get them. So here are my questions :
1) Can i merge both accounts under one and benefit from the mounts he has? (i think its not possible)
2) Can i transfer my character only (1 toon) to his account and i will start playing his account but with my main ? (and as so i will benefit from his collection?)
Thank you for your time to reply me.

Nope because this is against the ToS so I don't suggest playing on that account either

If both accounts were registered to you, then yes, you could merge accounts, transfer licenses and I believe characters from one BNet to the other. Your nephew's account, however, is not in your name, and according to the ToS and EULA, accounts can only be transferred between parent and child. Regardless of family dynamic, circumstances, etc, logging onto your nephew's account violates all agreements with Blizzard and they can outright lock and ban that account for unauthorized access.
If your nephew is a legal minor, then his parents can assume control of the account through proper channels, but they can't just hand you over the login information. If your nephew is not a legal minor, then he can contact Blizzard at any time, tell them of these events, and in the fullness of time, reassume his account. You could be playing along, having the time of your life with his collections, and then get kicked out of game, unable to log back in.
Long story short - No, to answer your questions and a second to the suggestion of not logging into it again.
