[Feedback] 'Today In...'

The info near the top that shows all current information going on within the game and now the building stages. Maybe place them static on the left or right side so they don't move with content. Love the site and people. Just a suggestion.

It did used to be on the right side (per
https://www.wowhead.com/forums&topic=246877
) but (if I recall correctly) they felt it was lost in the clutter of other things on the side at the time. It got moved to the spot it's in now, just below the most recent news post, more recently, and has a bigger look to it because of that, which makes it less easy to lose.

It was moved to the current location so we could implement the fixed ad bar allowing us to remove one (or two depending on the page) ad(s) from the site. Having a fixed ad bar made up for the lost revenue by entirely removing some ads. All of this was done in hopes of lessening the chance of someone encountering a bad ad.
We appreciate the suggestion. There are some changes planned for the main page though I'm not sure how much those changes will impact 'Today In...' right now but we'll take the suggestion into consideration. Thank you csamson!
