Leveling Enhancement Spec

I have a level 29 shammy alt (kind of twinked) that I'm looking to level, and I'm wondering how I should spec as I level. I definately want to be enhancement, but I'm not sure which talents I should be aiming for; I'll basically be twinking myself out occasionally, with questing being my major leveling method.

here try this build
http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=hZxVozExsVuqoV0ez
note - I don't have the instant cast of the GW (Ghost Wolf) cause I have 3% +hit to bring it up to 9%+ since Dual Weilding 2.60 maces kicks w/ WF on them. that's my basic set up cause I need to grind for gold so I need some to hit (enchants are not going to magically appear by themselves) but I did a lot in enhancement and the rest in Resto.
I have to disagree with you on here for a few reasons. First I'll post my build:
http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=hZxibdV0sAuqoxbez
Now. Here's my reasons for disagreeing.
-Lack of atk power. The build you've suggested does not utilize the talents that increase damage (which is the main focux on most enh shammy's for leveling.) Mental Quickness and Enhancing totems (15% more str/agi on your GoW and SoE totems), and 30% more spell damage (based on atk power). This is a huge chunk of missing DPS.
-Toughness and Anticipation are PVP talents predominantly. He needs not worry about snares when he levels because mobs don't normally cause that kind of problem (serious problem rather), and 5% more dodge is nice, but not enough points for it. However in a different perspective to defenses, the defensive totems talent will make 2 totems (he'll probably not use much anyways) stronger, BUT!!! 2 seconds less CD on grounding totem will make his fights against mages a lot less painful. Well worth 2 points.
TO OP: For fastest leveling, I suggest going enh from 1-70. If you plan on speccing otherwise when you get to 70, plan accordingly and pick up a good elemental/resto set whilst questing in outlands from 58-70 (just store em in the bank).
*EDIT* forgot something. Insta-GW is a LIFESAVER! And a timesaver coincidentally.

I'd strongly recommend the other way around. I did it your way and you can't hit ANYTHING dual-wielding before you get the talents for dual-wield hit. I'd take stormstrike first and then at level 45 actually switch to dual-wielding (once you've gotten the 6% to hit from talents in addition to the dual-wielding talent).
