Doing World Quests as a raid group

Question: Is there an easy way to find out if the target kill for a world quest can be done in a raid group or not?
Details:
I use an add-on called World Quest Group Finder. The add-on will sometimes start a group for a world quest and put it in LfG - which is very handy. However if I get more than 5 ppl applying to join, I never know if the quest can be completed as a raid group. Any tips, please?

In general, I think only (certain) Elite quests are doable in a raid group. The ones that require you to kill one of those named mobs with >=44M base HP, and of course the world bosses. Other ones are probably not doable in a raid.

The elite quest bosses can be done as a raid, and Blizzard put a link to the Group Finder in the quest pop up itself now. I honestly don't think it matters with world quests if you are in a raid or not, because they aren't 'technically' quests; they do not show up in your quest log after all, and in the past you could do the event quests where you had to fill up bars in a raid.

Nope, I've been in WQ groups that were extended to a raid, and the bar did not fill up. There may be exceptions to that, of course.

It definitely matters if you are in a raid group for some quests. I have noticed that world quest group finder occasionally automatically converts to a raid, and then I am still able to complete the quests, but usually doesn't convert, so I think you can just let the add-on determine whether to convert to a raid or not.
