I'm currently lvling my druid as feral lvl 50. I'm gonna wait till 58 and get some gear in outlands to go boomkin. Can i get any help on talent build?

I'd say that OoC is slightly usefull whil levelling : chance for a free heal (though you'll have the cost of morphing back to moonkin) or free spell at the next target, since you'll often be whacking down the last % of a mobs life.
However it's only marginally usefull (while levelling, completely useless afterwards as you should never whack mobs) and never should take precedence over your damage increase talents.
So yes, max Cenarius and other damage increase talents before putting the first point in resto.
As for your resto talents, choose whatever you prefer for the first 10 points, they are just filler to get Intensity anyway.
- furor seems useless unless you want to go bear/cat on stuff which i never found myself in need to do. IMotW is not very usefull either (the improvement in stats is very small) but still.
- shapeshifter might be good for levelling purposes but i went for naturalist

Thanks for the help guys. Will be really helpful.
Btw where should i get int/spirit gear in outlands?

No, get spell damage gear.
Int will be a side-stat that'll go up without you having to worry about it anyway.
Spirit is good for mana-regen, but it's not worth passing good spell damage items just to get a spirit one, as spirit won't always be present on otherwise interresting items.
