So I looked around all over for a confirmed list for these statistics for roleplay elements, and what I found was either wildly inaccurate, conflicting, incomplete or non-existent. So, using a rough median from all the sources, and adding common sense into the the bargain, I came up with these averages that I hope other roleplayers will find useful:
Racial Age Brackets Adult/Middle-Aged/Old/Venerable (Lifespan)
Orc 18/40/65/80 (85-100)
Tauren 15/75/95/110 (115-150)
Troll 17/30/45/70 (70-80)
Belf 60/175/260/340 (350-400)
Goblin 20/40/75/85 (90-100)
Undead n/a - use human for age at death
Panda 20/40/60/80 (100-130)
Human 15/35/55/80 (90-120)
Dwarf 40/125/180/250 (250-450)
NElf 110/500/650/700 (700-1200)
Draenei 25(unknown) (25,000+)
Gnome 40/100/150/200 (205-500)
EDIT
After taking into consideration the feedback given here, and other information from outside sources, I figured certain sections of this post was in need of an update. One of the main issues with calculating the height and weight values of the races of Azeroth has always been the size comparison between races.
In order to simplify matters, I decided to select one compelling picture reference for size and height, comparison and attribute weight calculate using the high end of heathy weight for a 6' human male and mid range for a healthy 5'7 human female to reflect musculature.
For other race values, I used this a guide, and made comparisons using the size silhouettes for these races in the picture, in-game referencing, and common sense. The values listed for weight are an average based on these calculations.
Undead weight values were edited to reflect their emaciated condition compared to their human counterparts.
Height Male (Female) Weight Male (Weight Female)
Human 6' (5'7) 180lbs (140lbs)
Dwarf 4'4 (4'4) 160lbs (140lbs)
Nelf 7'5 (6'7) 240lbs (200lbs)
Gnome 3'5 (3'2) 45lbs (40lbs)
Draenei 7'1 (7'2) 300lbs (230lbs)
Worgen 6'7 (6'9) 300lbs (230lbs)
Panda 6'8 (5'7) 400lbs (300lbs)
Orc 7' (6'4) 350lbs (250lbs)
Tauren 8 (7'7) 400lbs (300lbs)
Troll 7'1 (6'7) 280lbs (200bs)
BElf 6' (5'5) 160lbs (100lbs)
Goblin 4' (4') 50lbs (45lbs)
Undead 5'5 (5'5) 170lbs (120lbs)

Age and lifespan taken from various sources
Post by
Rankkor
minor correction: Orcs reach their top height at 8-10 years old, and undergo their rite of adulthood between the ages of 12 and 14.
To put this in perspective, Thrall was already taller than most men at age 6.

Interesting post, I never actually thought about it before. On that note, now you have me wondering: does the World of Warcraft universe ...age with and in real time? I guess it wouldn't, since it's lore is based on the original turn based game, but an expansions may set the WoW date to X... correct?
Sorry, my knowledge on WoW lore is very shaky and I need to go pick up some books.

In case of Belf/Nelf ages, you probably missed a zero in some of them.
Arthas: rise of the lich king states Anasterian was over 3000 years old by the time of his death.
Hard to say how long exactly night elves live, but definitely several thousands as well, and definitely longer than blood/high elves.
About draenei, it's sure they are adults below 200 (Yrel is adult, and born on draenor, and as they landed ~200 years BDP...) but not sure if there's any source to confirm any specific number. Maraad, Larohir and other draenei that are from Argus were not really old (by looks) yet over 25000 and both Larohir and Restalaan were friends with Velen already on Argus. The only uncorrupted draenei that is actually old is Velen himself - who is much older than the rest. Considering that I would say that draenei lifespan is much over 100.000 years - but that's my speculation, draenei lifespan is probably one of the biggest mysteries in Warcraft.

If I was reading the various sorces well enough, Wacraft universe ages a bit slower than ours.
Information of wowpedia taken from Ultimate Visual Guide (as that's from 2013, I consider it the newest source):

WotLK: 27 ADP

I hope this will not get me into trouble... adulthood in biological sense is age when a creature can reproduce, which is usually sooner than when growth stops -
homo sapiens
can theoretically reproduce around 13-14 years, is considered adult by law between 18-21 (varies around the world - the age when you can participate in elections and stuff), and growth stops in the same range (barring unnatural causes or rare genetic mutations). Question then is, which of those is labeled as adulthood age in these sources.

Humans can actually reproduce as young as 9-10 nowadays - I'm not touching the ethics/morals on that, but I've seen it in the newspapers several times recently.
I think adulthood is considered to be the age when one can successfully survive on his own. In the 1700s in America, you were considered adult at 13-14 and an "old maid" by 20 if you didn't have a husband and flock of children. Nowadays, we don't consider you an adult until your early- to mid-20s because there is so much more to teach and learn about current society.

Quite extreme cases - which I consider on the line with people that stop growing below meter or grow over 2,5m.

Well, society in fantasy worlds is not that complicated, which is the reason I consider average biological adulthood the best way to measure this - as it's something that does not change (people in 18th century were biological adults in the same age people are now), or not in relevant time - evolution works in thousands of generations.

That information is from the RPG books though; it's not completely canon.

Forgot I posted this, so sorry for the late reply:
@ Rankkor - Not really sure what you're getting at with the height reference. The heights I listed aren't specifically tied to age, just average height of a person when they've stopped growing. The average 6'6 male orc is taller than the average 6' male human, but I'm pretty sure Thrall is a special case regardless. He's taller than Vol'jin :D
@ Atratzu - The passage of time in Warcraft seems to be a bit of ebb and flow, depending on which content you are in at the time. Some areas are set well before the newer areas, so it's more of an expenasion by expansion thing.
@ w3manlak - Anasterian was a high elf, not a blood elf. This change was not just a reflection of the loyalties, but also other aspects as well. Their population was decimated, the gene pool became limited, shortening the average lifespan. There's also the matter of the destroyed Sunwell, and the long-term reliance on arcane energy, which factored heavily in their longevity.
The same can be said for Night Elves, and their dependence on the Well of Eternity, and later, The World Tree. Now they are just getting to grips with mortality, as the New World Tree isn't up to snuff.

Dranei males look heavier than 230-300. They are heavily muscled (atleast upper body), almost as muscular as orcs, and not as lean (lean as in low body fat, not lean as in skinny) as orcs. And they´re tall. Really tall. Should be like 300-370 or something.
I lift every single day and take steroids year round, and have done so for the past 15 or so years, and im not Dranei-built yet, more like warcraft human built :D So they are really freaking swole those Dranei males.

@ Skumbananer - while I agree with your thinking, when comparisons are made with the size of races, Draenei aren't really that large compared to the average Azeroth human. Please take a look as this chart for further information
racial height, weight and size difference
