The dark ranger waved to Rotha. "Have we meet?"

The night elf wobbled unsteadily, emerging from the portal with a hint of nausea, however she was soon righted by the firm hand of her companion, another of her kind, who appeared less keenly affected by their sudden journey through space and time.
Exchanging a nod, the two warrior women proceeded quietly, the first a priestess, based on the flowing mooncloth robes and sandals she wore, the second a huntress, wearing dark green leather armour that left her elbows, midriff and thighs exposed, a dark blue loincloth and a mottled cloak, lightly covered in twigs and leaves, that normally aided her in moving about the forests unseen.
The orange-eyed priestess stood taller than her companion had grey-blue skin, interrupted only by crimson facial markings - the two identical shapes, one inscribed on each side of her visage, beginning above the edges of her magenta eyebrows, then curving outwards as they ran along her cheek prior to touching her chin and curving back upwards, ending in two sharp points underneath her mouth, separated by a gap only a couple of finger-widths wide. Twin crescent moons.
The huntress had the typical sharp silver eyes of her people and possessed a powerful build, unlike the priestess' leaner one. Her tanned pink skin rippled with relatively compact, but no less lethally efficient, elven muscles. Her blue strands of hair, contrasted with those of other woman, were of equal length, but largely tied into a central braid instead of running loosely down her back. They matched the colour of her facial markings: two sets of three streaks, one set beginning under each eye, that traveled diagonally downwards, ending underneath her ears at the jawline. A green-eyed, pitch black saber cat padded after her.
Both humanoids were heavily armed, the former primarily with the staff she carried in one hand and secondarily with the ornate bow slung over her shoulder, the latter with a blessed recurve bow and the set of fine moonglaives attached to the sides of her belt.
It was not long before yet another portal opened, this time depositing a curvaceous blonde with white skin tanned gold. She was garbed in a dark blue dress that matched her eyes, but was entirely better suited to aristocratic dinner parties. At a glance she could not have looked more out of place in fact, a detail she had soon realized, but somehow she managed to take it in her stride, approaching the entrance to the main hall.
The oddest thing was, of all the items she was wearing, the two that fit in the most had to be the massive twinblades fastened to her back. The mere feat of balancing on her impossibly high heels alone was hard to imagine in the first place; the added weight of the weapons made the notion border on ridiculous, yet there she was.
Once the woman came closer other oddities became clear too, whereupon it could be seen the hue of her skin had indeed been naturally acquired - though it was perhaps a little too golden for someone with purely-human skin pigments - and her curves hid intimidating muscles, the kind produced by a life of intense training and combat, a fact not even her feathered hairstyle could conceal.

"I did?" Falionna raised a eyebrow, then again she didn't remember all her victims. She then shrugged. "Ohh well."

Serenade approached the group, silently sizing them up. His gaze swept along several elves, a Forsaken and...
...it was impossible to not recognize that hat. It was famous in their shared line of work, after all. "Hawthorn?" he muttered disbelievingly.

"I don't suppose either of you know what's going on?" Ferin questioned Cora and Ven.
"Can we find out why we're here before we start going crazy?" Alana asked, watching Rotha.

"Can you at least tell us where we are?" William asked Cora. "That would be enough to satisfy me." The giant Gilnean tipped his hat and bowed. "My name is William by the way. William Green. Seems like some of you know each other but I know none of you."

"Ferin Hopewell." The brown boy introduced himself.
"And I'm the best thing since sliced bread." Alana smiled happily.

"I was about to ask you the same thing, you dandy-hatted fop," Serenade said, letting out a full belly laugh. "At least there's one other sane person in this carnival."
