my boyfriend made me to download Steam to play dota. since then i've gone on to play a bunch of different games from Steam - having them there to browse through & download, & connecting with friends/seeing who's playing what is the best.

i don't even know what Steam so i'm gong to say no i haven't used it
Yes i do, i do use Steam as a matter of fact since i think they have quite a lot of great deals at all times and for all different kind of genres. It is also a good way of using my time when i ain't playing World of Warcraft, and for those that doesn't use Steam i would recommend it since it has something for each person in which we may all vary in personalities. I don't use this very much but i think Uplay has some great games you can play like steam, so if you're looking for new games? check out Blizz Store, else try Steam or Uplay, they helped me when i didn't know what to play or if i wanted to play with a couple of friends in some games, it requires Uplay or Steam to do that.- Bolsje
I have used Steam for years, and Origin as well. I find them an excellent way to try out new games at decent prices.
I personally do not, but I know many friends that use Steam frequently. WoW is too much for me already.
I use Steam because most of my friends use it and we play tons of good games together.
I use Steam to play with old and current WoW guildies on off nights/maintenance hours. Found a few gems on Steam over the years.
Yes, steam. I got hooked with valve games and expend the list mostly at sales. Games of epic proportion get bought at full price sometimes.
No I don't, the only game I play on my computer is WoW !
Nope...not time for much else besides WoW.
Yes, I use Steam largely because of the oodles of content on it, and Team Fortress 2 of course. I've been known to use Greenman Gaming on occasion, usually when they have some sort of ridiculous deal on.As for why? Ease of use, and affordability. Brick and mortar shops, on the rare occasion I actually visit them, overcharge like the !@#$ens!Easier, faster and cheaper to just download the things. All the things.
So far there was no need to use them as I reserve the free time I spend on gaming for WoW. :-)
No don't need it. Wow is enough
Bulle!
The only one I really use is steam. I can find new games and really old vintage ones easily in the same place.
I used steam for store bought games and for digital purchases (Metro 2033, Left 4 Dead 2, Half-life 2 and many more)I used Origin for store bought games. (Mass Effect 3)Neither do I use frequently anymore
using steam and origin.
