Brewfest! Now pass me the ale!
My favourite holiday is definitely Brewfest, which at the same time is also the first holiday I participated in iirc. At the time, I didn't quite understand anything that was going on, as I was quite new to WoW and the mmorpg genre in general. Yet I still managed to have a great time riding incredibly quick rams as well as getting drunk to catch pink elekks just to get the wolpertinger. I tried hard to get the handstamp that allowed to purchase of brewfest rams, but got off to a late start and never managed to get the 200 brewfest coins required to buy it - and the next year it was removed :(Since then, I've only enjoyed it even more, with the added chance of going to Blackrock Depths, using mole machines to get to and kill Coren Direbrew for a chance at his phat lewt. It definitely helps that I've recieved something valuable from him every year. And who could turn down free beer anyway?
Hallow's end! Always been a fan of that one. I love how the gear that drops looks exactly like the Horseman's and the mount is one of my favorites. Plus the broom mount is so cool, even if it is temporary. Big fan of the holiday quests, and the vanity pets, too. Who wouldn't love to get on a broom and stink bomb the other faction's city?
Midsummer!Dancing flames, burn them all!
Yo ho, Yo ho, a Pirate's life for me!
Children's Week!
Hallows End is the best holiday of them all. Costumes, candy, instant cast mounts, badass holiday boss with the possibility of an awesome mount drop. Not to mention the little event to put out the fires and the epic speech given by Sylvanas. I vote Hallows End, no contest. =)
Winter Veil
Hallow's End. All Hallows Eve? Plus the Headless Horseman? Plus awesome pets and achievements? Hell yeah!
Brewfest who dosent love them drunk dwarfs
My favorite is Hallow's End. It went through a reformat last year, but it's still more or less the same. Hallow's End was the original "holiday" holiday in WoW. The current versions of all the rest of the holidays are based off the blueprint set down by Hallow's End. And of course, I love the spooky theme of the holiday and all of the cool goodies: the three cool pets, the masks, etc. And lastly, who could forget our favorite boss? (Even if he still hasn't given me his mount grumble grumble.) I always keep the Horseman Helm in my bag on my Paladin so I can fly over Org and hit my macro to set off the laugh and yell..."HERE'S MY BODY, FIT AND PURE! NOW YOUR BLACKENED SOULS I'LL CURE!"
Love is in the air, definately. I'm a sucker for romance.
Feast of Winter Veil, remember the first present in vanilla wow, it was great wasn't it?
Winter's Veil is great, but my favorite is probably Brewfest just because it's so different!
Brewfest, dwarves and beer what more you need for a good party.
wow anniverary
Brewfest is my favorite.
Children's week. 1 week you can freely pretend to be a parent in WoW without having weird looks upon you(r character).
