"... How charming, Nimrond can you charge head on and then i take him from behind." Lyshalis sugested to the dwarf in a tone filled with confidence.

Peter covered his nose with a sleeve and peered down the hatch. He gulped.
"A...Anyone have a rope?"

"Yeah sure," Nimrod responded, moving to the right. The beast's head swiveled, keeping the dwarven paladin fixed in its gaze. "Uhhh, I don't think this is gonna work... It keeps staring at me," he commented.
"That's the plan you nimrod," Gregg called from the window above, keeping his crossbow aimed at the monster in case it all went badly.
The arm, meanwhile, had started pulling itself towards Lyshallis.

"You just keep him distracted now." Whispered Lyshalis to Nimrod before she bagan to sneak out towards the undead in a wide arch around him and then come up behind him, she made no notice of the arms movments as her eyes were fixed on the beast.

"Look out!" shouted Gregg, firing a quarrel at the necrotic limb.
With uncanny speed the arm leapt towards Lyshallis, dodging the crossbow bolt and latching onto her leg.
The flesh beast itself pawed the ground somehow, in spite of only having three legs, and snorted angrily at Nimrod. The hooded man whimpered from under the dwarf's arm, tears streaming down his face as he wished he had never left his room.

Lyshalis first instinct was to stab the arm and she tried just that. Stab it, but from the side so she would not stab herself in the leg.

Oliver Timbry

Oliver stared darkly at Elsa and rolled his eyes at Peter's question. Why'd they have a rope with them to the inn?

Peter sighed and rubbed his hands together as if he were cold. "Okay...maybe try this. But, inexperienced, unused, mental faculties required. Great strength. But! Situational demands, have precedent," he murmured. He looked up. "How, ah, deep. Do you think it is?" he asked no one in particular.

Elsa provided no input, increasingly tempted to give Oliver a

The arm seemed to shudder upon being struck, but did not let go.
The flesh beast itself pawed the ground one last time and charged towards Nimrod with a ferocious growl.

Lyshalis striked with her off hand dagger at the undead arm, but not before she quikly glanced at the flesh beast to see that it was still atacking nimrod, then she quikly glanced for guards, finding none she returned her gaze to the animated arm and stabed.

Peter slowly exhaled, rubbing his hands together once more. "Okay. Ah...let's see. Went something like this..." The priest walked to the lip of the hole and clasped his hands together shakily in prayer. With eyes closed he began to murmur, brow slowly furrowing in concentration.
Though it was imperceptible at first to the casual eye, the ground no longer touched the priest's feet. Peter slowly rose into the air, hovering several inches above the ground, the wavy grass brushing across the soles of his shoes and leaving stains of morning dew behind.
Without stopping in his mutterings, Peter stepped over the lip of the hole and began to float down.

"You alright?" Elsa called anxiously, keeping Oliver well within her peripheral vision while she peered into the pipe.
Nimrod Lightforge, Gregg
Elwynn Forest
The arm twitched and curled up on itself, well and truly dead.
Nimrod, as best as he could with the hooded man tucked under his arm, swung his mace into the path of the oncoming undead. The beast slammed into the weapon, causing sparks of light magic to crackle into existence along its length, but kept going.
It finally skidded to a halt on the other side of the road, before turning and preparing for another charge. The hooded man whimpered to himself, begging for the dwarf to let go inbetween sobs.

Peter continued to murmur, though as he drew further down he began to cough at the fool chemicals stifling the vent, so much so that he broke off his prayers to muffle a face with a sleeve, leaving him to strike the grate a foot below with a clang.
" 'm alright," he called up with watery eyes.

"Have to remove the...the grate..." Peter called back up. He paused at the sound of a metallic groan beneath his feet. He had just enough time to widen his eyes in surprise and horror before the corroded grating gave way beneath him. A shriek drifted up the pipe.

Lyshalis interupted the flesh beast by sprinting in on the creature from it's back. The rogue used her daggers to first Stab hard at where the gap betwen two ribs should be. And then she sliced with her left dagger.

The flesh beast gave an unnaturally human-sounding shriek and thrashed about on the ground, its corrosive blood spurting out in all directions.

Lyshalis pulled out her dagger from the flesh beast, only to find that the blade missing as the acid obliterated it. The night elf used her other dagger to try to pirce the neck of the undead, then she tried to jump away from the monster by placing her feet at the shoulderblades and push away, do a backflip and land safely so she could discard her armour with acid on that possetivley would leave a mark.

The dagger slid straight through the undead's throat.
Unfortunately, the kinds of expectations one would have for a creature, living or unliving, with a punctured throat, apparently did not apply to this particular monstrosity and, even after taking a crossbow quarrel to its head, it merely became extremely angry.
With a roar the beast slammed into Nimrod, sending the dwarven paladin hurtling through the wall of the inn.
