Oliver Timbry
Darkshire
"One the size of a prize bull?" Oliver suggested, at the same time producing a small piece of lint-covered soap from a pocket. It was obvious both from the looks of the piece and from the young man's face that it hadn't been used in a long while, and he placed it tentatively on the counter.

"Ah...no. No. Not as such, that is. Was a mutant...thing." The priest held his hands a few inches apart, as in to demonstrate the size of the discussed creature.
Sherry bit her lower lip with indecision. She picked up the mouse, cradling it in her hands and holding it close to her chest. "Well...okay. So long as you're sure," she said hesitantly. Though the death grip she seemed to have on the toy made it clear how hard it would be to get it back anyway. Likely she had never seen such a device so far out in the forest. Such wonders would usually be delegated to the occasional traveling fair or conjurer. And in light of recent events, such people were few and far between. Any other such feats of amazement she had seen of late were likely to of been to the detriment of her life and that of those around her.

"Ah," Oliver said like a mutant rat exploding in a monsoon of blood and gore was the most ordinary thing in the world. "Well."
He shoved the small soap over the counter towards Peter.

Peter smiled slightly in gratitude as he took the soap. "Thank you."
Sherry held the toy like it was made of glass. She smiled, but turned to a more serious expression for a moment as her cheeks glowed red. She glanced around suspiciously. She followed that by a leaning forward quickly and giving the engineer a light kiss on the cheek. Face aglow, she spun about and fled up the inn's stairs before anything else could be said that might further her embarrassment.

Richard's face turned red as he blushed caught somewhere between shocked and awe he didn't notice as he fell out of his chair and hit the ground. "Wow." He mumbled standing up and sitting back down in his chair.

Elsa eyed the soap skeptically, people who gave things away were usually up to no good.
Nimrod Lightforge, Gregg
Elwynn Forest
"Where did you get so many bears anyway?" Gregg asked Nimrod, as they started walking towards the exit. The paladin shrugged, "some old guy sold them to me."
Gregg stopped in his tracks, "and you didn't find it suspicious some old guy was selling bears in the middle of the woods?" Nimrod raised an eyebrow at this, "where else are you supposed to buy bears?"
"Wait, this wasn't the same guy who keeps cropping up everywhere selling us things, was it?" the gnome inquired, looking alarmed. The dwarf made no response, other than a faint splutter as realization dawned upon him.

Elsa looked back to Oliver, trying to decide if the stranger was up to no good. It certainly seemed like it.
Nimrod Lightforge, Gregg
Elwynn Forest
Nimrod glared, getting the feeling people were making fun of him. "What's so strange about selling bears inside of a cave?" he demanded, "that way you can collect the bears as soon as they grow, without having to travel there in the first place, then sell them like instantly."
"Riiight," Gregg muttered, "how about, instead of trying to work out what on Azeroth that old man was doing all the way out here selling bears, we get going before they get hungry and decide to join the discussion?"

Richard quickly stood up. "I know who to fight the worgen." He said to himself spinning and running out the door. He ran to the forge and rushed inside. "Sir how much to use your forge?" He quickly spilled out to the blacksmith who was sitting at a table working on a shield.
The balding man looked up at Richard. "Depends on what you need it for?" He asked setting the sheild down.
"I need to make something and need to use the forge to shape the metal and possibly make a bunch of bullets." He rambled off as he started to fish threw his backpack and sat a small pouch of silver coins on the table. "It's all I got."
The blacksmith picked up the small bag and looked it over. "You even know how to use a forge?" He asked and Richard nodded already pulling out the tools he needed from his belt.

The witch nodded emphatically. "Oh yes. It was simply tragic, just awful. We were both just so devastated at what happened. We were just about to come down and help you and apologize (because that's the sort of people we are, after all) when you ran off. So actually, when you think about it, who is really to blame here?" Cregga mused, tapping a dainty finger against her chin contemplatively.
"You! You are! So much blame I put on you. All of it in fact! All of the blame! Feel the burning pain of my blaming you. Rue it!" Max cried, pointing accusingly at the witch.
