Hillsbrad Foothills, Dun Garok, coords: 60.81,88.64 beside this NPC
Rousch
It is a beautiful view with a monument that very clearly reminds us all real people play this game.

Randoom. Get off your high horse. You sound like a little child that's mad at someone but refuse to say why and instead get petty about anything involving that someone, and it looks like I'm not alone in observing that.
Also, peaceful can very well be subjective without ruining the dictionary definition.
Peaceful
Free from disturbance.
Disturbance
The interruption of a settled and peaceful condition.
Condition
A particular state of existence.
Put them all together...
Free from interruption of a settled and peaceful state of existence.
Pretty subjective. A warrior could even find that in the midst of a battle for cryin out loud. Stop being so damn stuck on a word without delving deeper and finding out if there's a subjective point of view to attribute it.
My apologies for stepping into that drama, but fools need to be dealt with. I'm easily lured in by trolls due to that, but... I don't mind so much really.
As for the subject of the thread, I'd say (in no particular order):
Moonglade.
Feralas.
Shatterspear Village (pre-Cataclysm).

I always loved chilling in the Vanilla version of Brill. There was just something charming and relaxing about it.
I'm also gonna saw Silvermoon and Exodar, as I love both of them.
And Darnassus while we're at it. It's fun to just sit around there.

no wow zone is peaceful fullstop.
Except Darkmoon Isle.
But. If we go by your definition, then there are no peaceful regions. Azeroth is at war. Peace is an absolute, you are either at peace or in conflict. Every region either has internal strife, or is a starting point or hotspot for conflict.
Darkmoon Isle.
I win.

I like flying over the Shimmering Expanse/Abyssal Depths as well. On the surface, it's just water. But below, there's so much more.

nobody cares about the zone anymore, and we did it the other day with 4 guildies
Did it alone once not too long ago, some two or three days ago. No one fought against me but it was pretty tight all the same, considering I didn't jump in at the start.
I loved that battleground back in the day. Despite the herding cats mentality of the groups at times the mechanics were a hell of a lot of fun.
We had some epic battles in the first WG on Tuesday after VoA reset (and after maintenance)
So peaceful now maybe, but it still echos with the ring of steel, thunder of siege engines and cries of the vanquished. In my head at least.
I agree completely. It was pretty amazing at times.
