#298- If you could invent a new confession for the confession glyph, what would it be?
"Yes, I did participate in inviting random people to groups and summon them to a warlock summoning stone placed so they'd fall to their deaths upon accepting. And I laughed at them."
Are you in my guild? They did this a couple of months ago- lol.

Trollfucious say, that he who confesses little has much to hide. And he who hides little has much to confess...and should probably put some clothes on.

I honestly didn't know that jumping in the lava would pull Sartharion.

#299- Relate a bedtime story, folk tale or fable that you feel has a good message.
I imagine this will work better with more obscure stories than what has been related by Disney, as a story we haven't heard before is more likely to have an impact.

Fable from Trollfucious:
On the peak of a mighty mountain stood a mighty spruce tree, who was very proud. Beside this tree was a rock, who was not so proud. Every day, the tree stretched up towards the sun, and extended his branches, and tried to overshadow the rock. And the rock stood patiently, and said nothing.
Then one day a wood-cutter came to the mountain, and chopped down the tree. He cut away all of the needles that this tree had been so proud of, and they were ground into the dirt. He stripped away all the small branches that had reached for the sun, and cast them aside. He cut the trunk of the proud tree in to logs, put them in a burlap bag where they could no longer see the sun, and then went further up the mountain to look for more wood.
The logs that were left of the mighty tree lamented to the rock, "Why. Why, when I have stood so proud on this mountain for so many years, have seen generations of this woodcutters family be born and die, and would have lived gloriously for many more years after he was dead, should I have my life cut short?"
And the rock said, "HOLY $%^& A TALKING TREE."
Moral of story: Stop complaining- you sound like Sprucebag.

Moral of story: Stop complaining- you sound like Sprucebag.
I think you might need to rework your story a bit to get that moral out of it. To me its more like $%^& happens.
Personally I like Bruce Lee's quote:
Be Water
“Don’t make a plan of fighting
that is a very good way to lose your teeth
if you try to remember you will lose
Empty your mind
be formless
shapeless
like water
put water into a cup
becomes the cup
put water into a teapot
becomes the teapot
water can flow or creep or drip or crash
be water my friend”
Cheers,
Hat

But you see oh honorable moderator, that is moral of another Trollfucious Fable- "The Wise Old Otter, The Mischievous Fox, and the Underaged Girl from Detroit"

While its in no way obscure, my favorite childhood fable was that of "The three little piglets"
In the very VERY rare case that you've never heard of this tale (which is highly unlikely, as its one of the most wide-spread fables there is)
Here
is an animated version made by Disney. (Notably, its a LOT less dark than the original tale, as in this one the wolf doesn't dies, he just gets a nasty burn on his rear)
I fully and wholeheartedly agree with the moral of this tale. Come on, if you're gonna do something, don't half-ass it, do it right, and put everything you got on it. The lazy one has to work double. I apply this mantra to almost everything I do in my life.
