Man, my family must be boring. We don't have any weird traditions.
Or maybe they're just traditional enough to us to not be considered weird o_O
I have the same feeling. Aside from the fact that we actually celebrate Christmas, which doesn't make much sense, I can't really think of anything in particular that's a "weird" tradition.

I wouldn't call it weird, necessarily, but my mother pokes fun at us kids for wanting to have cracker stuffing at every Thanksgiving, rather than anything fancy or even normal bread stuffing. It is the blandest stuffing you can think of- crushed up saltines, egg, melted butter, and a little garlic, and you cook it in the turkey. But we refuse to let her trade it out with a traditional or "better" stuffing. It comes from my dad's side of the family.
I had an ex who told me they used to do "Peep Jousting" on Easter. You take two peeps, arm them with toothpicks, and put them in the microwave. they blow up as the air inside expands. Whoever's peep's weapon pierces the other peep first wins. I have seen it done once, and it was interesting- lol. That's the funniest holiday tradition I knew of.
The only other weird tradition I ever partook in was kind of my fault, and had nothing to do with holidays. We were discussing the really solid nature of the jello served at Chinese Buffets out here. the cubes are really tough, and don't fall apart easily, and we were musing over which color would be the toughest, and what kind of stress test we could do to figure it out. So we smuggled out one cube of each color (the one by use generally had 3-4) and put them on the windshield of the car (counting on their gelatinous nature to create some adhesion) and proceeded to drive home, having bet on which one would hang on longer.
Since that trip, we did Jello Racing every time we were at the buffet. We were actually stopped in the parking lot once by customers who were like, "I'm sorry, but I have to ask- what are you guys doing?" We told them, and had them make guesses on the race.

Peeps are glorious. Sugar on marshmallow. Only type of marshmallow treat I really like.

They even have a peep museum, where the art is made from different colored peeps.
OT: Don't really know of any weird traditions we have. Except maybe that my uncle would always mash the potatoes when we had them.

Peeps have very odd flavors and weird aftertastes. If I'm gonna have a marshmallow treat, I'll take a homemade rice crispy treat any day. I use 50% more butter and marshmallow than is called for in the recipe, to make them extra chewy.

I like to open a box of Peeps and let them get kinda chewy.

Pretty good, so far. We got some snow in my area. No catastrophic meteoroid/asteroid/planetoid impacts, though.

Everyone wants to have everything done before the world ends, so I got a crapton of work to do, and it looks like I might be here until 19:00 or longer. I was supposed to go see the Hobbit today but my friend messaged me that she isn't feeling very well... which, actually isn't all that bad, because now I can finish all these tasks today. Guess where I would prefer to be though. :-/
