#122- Do your parents save stuff from when you were a kid? Or, if you have kids, do you save every little thing?
I was visiting my mother, and she was going through some old boxes for a yard sale and started showing my BF all sorts of finger and water color paintings, little stories I'd written, card's I'd given her, envelopes with my baby teeth, etc. He thought it was a little weird, since I'm now 30, but I know a number of parents who save every little thing.

My mom still has my old baby book; she stopped putting things in it when I was fiveish lol.
Edit: And she still has a crap ton of the Christmas ornaments my sister and I made when we were in grade school.

No, not really. Most of my old stuff goes to my younger brothers once I'm too old to use it anymore, including PCs, toys, clothes etc.

I mean non-useful items. Like school work, art projects, report cards, etc.

Hmm, a little bit then. I never made much stuff that was worth keeping.

The dubious honour of being the centre of my parents' lives in my family now goes to my niece.

Dad is in prison, and he is a selfish hateful person. Mom is an insane government conspiratist, more concerned with the federal reserve than her own children. I don't communicate with either of them, nor do I care to. I also have little sentimentality for the items I had as a child, so I don't know if they have them, and I don't care.

@MyTie- second part of the question was do you save stuff from your kids?

Sorry, I just read the thread title.
Uhm... I don't think so. Movies and pics, but not stuff. My wife is more sentimental than I am, so she might.

My mom saves all the little things we do. She still has Christmas decorations I made in grade school and puts them up on the tree. Her favorite is probably a coffee filter angel.
When I was a toddler I also had curly hair. Well my mom cut the curls off and kept them in a Tupperware container. I believe she still has that somewhere in the house.

Yeah, I kept them in my room for a while, but they're now in the attic. Some of my old report cards were kept in my old PE bag actually...

I pretty much threw everything away except my year books. Which coincidentally was probably a mistake as some of those things probably could have gone on ebay for a decent amount of money lol.
