Blizzard has enough issues balancing two factions, they more then likely aren't going to add a third.

Cool perhaps.
Viable, not really.

There's actually a #$%^ ton of neutral factions; but all of those are meant to fight a big bad, not the other factions.
Since there would be issues of faction talking again, not gonna happen.

Why is this coming back every few month? Realy, I am goign with Adamsm, balance can't happen. Also, world would need a total redone just to put that third faction into play. And let's not talk about pvp, it have been discussed so many times.

Because "faction talking" was always such a huge issue right? You do know that there are several servers with public vents set up right?
"faction talking" was a manufactured issue.
Right...which is why the Forsaken were patched to get rid of the fact they could talk to Alliance players back in the original Beta, since it was causing insults/griefing and all the rest.
Yes and no. Since there are already places like BB that are already neutral it wouldn't be hard to work in a quest line. The world was redone for Cataclysm and so far its worked out pretty good. I just thought it would be a neat change to see take place. I am not wanting to start an argumentative conversation here just getting the idea out there :)
BB is only neutral in that they hand out quests; you do stuff for the Bloodsail, and suddenly the Steamwheedle starts kicking your ass, as does Ratchet, Everlook, and Gadgetzhan.

I truly believe that the game could be enhanced to a point where we could have muliple factions, developed throughout to a point where multiple conflicts, plots, interests and missions would unfold, leading to not so much a bi-polar background story, but various others, depending on the faction.Already exists; you do quests for all of those neutral factions after all, and help them take down a big bad: Sha'tari, Aldor, Scryer to drop Illidan, the Waterlords to stop Rag in MC, Argent Crusade Ebon Blade Ashen Verdict to take down the Lich King etc etc etc.

No, it's perfectly viable. They just won't devote any resources to it until they start flailing for another means to placate the masses (or make a buck).
There's already a "neutral" faction right there in the Steamwheedle Cartel. Putting in a quest chain to leave the Alliance/Horde and join them probably wouldn't be that hard. Then those players could fight in PVP for either faction as needed.
Leave the "balance" card in your deck. Balance is a myth, bordering on bad joke.
No surprise here just the same opportunistic bashing as usual.

Yh but no but yh but no but no =P. I understand ur pov and ur pretty much right but, what I meant was to reorganize all the main factions setting, so u would have other major capitals, and a different story line to ur character. And from there, we could have political agreements that would maybe allow some temporary peace between some races, which in turn would declare war on others. I know it sounds a lot like CIV lol, but then again, Wow has a bit of that flavour dont u think?
Um...yeah no; WoW is not built to be a 3 or more faction game: WoW works the way it works with 2 factions as anything more would just drive it into complications for the sake of complications, and would not enhance 'fun'. And no, sorry but WoW doesn't have a CIV feeling to it; they could possibly do something for a new RTS but not an MMO.
Edit: Also, most of the races of Azeroth have a hatred of each other, and making peace between them would be too much of a stretch: Trolls and Elves, Humans and Orcs, Forsaken and Worgens, Goblins and Gnomes etc etc etc.

You have a reputation sure; to fight alongside that group. But at your core, you are still your race and your faction. As seen in the Argent Crusade; any Forsaken who leaves the faction itself and joins up with the Dawn/Crusade is considered to no longer be a Forsaken and are unwelcome in the Undercity. So yeah, you may get to exalted with the Argent Crusade, and meet a fellow crusader on the battlefield....but you'll still try to kill him, because he's opposite faction of you.
And it's not a bi-polar mechanic: Look at what happens after the neutral factions defeat their enemies, the player factions go right back to gleefully slaughtering each other. If they put a third faction in, it would become a mess trying to balance both the World(where the hell is this third faction suppose to have a central base) and gameplay itself; PVP would be an absolute pit of idiocy.
Edit: In other words, not every player suggested idea is a good one, and the three faction thing has been shot down repeatedly since the start of WoW, since most people realize it can't be added into a game which at it's core is a war game between the Horde and the Alliance. If a third faction arose, it would be crushed by the might of the two other factions, then settle back into warring among themselves again.

The High Elves would rather die then work with the Blood Elves after all the ^&*! they pulled on them after the Third War; between the force feeding High Elves Fel energy to transform them into Blood Elves, to not letting them come home to their lands and treat them like the enemy(before the BE's officially join the Horde)...yeah.
Also, most High Elves are either in Stormwind or Theramore; both cities took them in after the fall of the High Elf kingdom, and they would not turn on their old allies...since you know, they've been allies of the Human Kingdoms since the Troll wars.
Also: As long as Azshara is alive, the Naga will not join up with any other race, since they are all her own personal race: They love their Queen more then anything else. As for the Centaurs; most of them hate the other races and would more then likely not join with any other ones.
And another thing: Worgen are too violent for the Tauren; Gilneas is more then willing to interfere if it's their asses on the line.
So, while you may have had 'fun' you didn't look up the lore to make things make sense.
That being said: I still don't think we'll ever see a third faction.
