There is NOTHING on that page that says you get so many character profiles or x number more profiles for a premium account.

How do you delete character profiles, all I can seem to do is remove them from my ownership but they stay in the database.

Go to the profile that you want to delete, then put the mouse on Custom profile then click Delete, it should delete the profile.

I get this message:
"An Armory resync has been requested. The queue is not currently running.
Position in queue: 1 – Estimated time: Unknown"
BUT my characters are there, SWEET!
I deleted all my extra ones so hopefully that will help a tiny bit! Thanks everyone for all your hard work!

I also get the message "
An Armory resync has been requested. The queue is not currently running.
Position in queue: 691 – Estimated time: Unknown
" on any of my characters. However, just as it took a while to migrate and rebuild the wowhead profiler, now that everything is back up again, HUNDREDS of people are being synced to the WoW Battle.net Armory in the process, so my guess is that this could take another week to get to full functionality, considering how many people use it.

Hey...it's making progress (down by over 500 queues). Now I get "An Armory resync has been requested. The queue is not currently running.
Position in queue: 143 – Estimated time: Unknown". I'm ok with this...(not that I'd have a choice, lol).

Nice to see everything back up and running.
However, (here's the "but" part...) I'm getting odd response times - sometimes the search response takes only a few seconds - then a couple of searches later we're talking minutes. Using the latest version of Opera.
And, on that note: I'd really like a tick box to exclude character and guild names from a standard search - especially since the search does a front and back truncation of the names.

The Armory queue seems to be overloaded this morning. Or maybe the profiler isn't responding internally to the DB variables coming from the Armory. It takes around 2 minutes for any profile to come up, and I get the message "
The queue is not currently running. Adding to the Armory queue..
."
Edit: This happens intermittently, not consistently.

Thank you all for the Profiler being back up. Load times are atrocious, but well it just came back online so that is to be expected. As for me with armory resyncs, since Im a premium member its always telling me that Im #1 in line. I wait about a min or two and then reload the page and that seems to be doing the resyncs just fine. Guess that option only works with people that have premiums, cause I thinjk it would take longer the further down the que you are.

Can anybody tell me hwat this message actually means?
An Armory resync has been requested. The queue is not currently running.
Adding to the Armory queue..
How can it add to a queue that isn't running?

I am locking this thread at this time, because the issues are over and if people post here with new issues, we may not see them since we're not going to monitor a 10 page thread. Queue issues are unrelated--when the feature was down for over a week, it's inevitable that it will have a few days of queues to go through. =)
