Character: Orthomea 'Mea'
Mea had to keep herself from grinning. Spies always were an skittish sort, this one was no exception. A slight hand wave and only the rogue and she could hear each other, she had no use for eavesdroppers now. "It is simple really. I have a slight problem, and so do you. I believe we can help each other out just marvelously. You help me with my problem, and I'll make sure you remain undetected as long as you stay here. Refuse, and my staff might 'slip', exposing whatever it is you're hiding under there, orc or otherwise."

Character: Orthomea 'Mea'
Orthomea sighed, the spy was trying to turn the tables. "I don't believe you quite understand what I want. Someone is keeping me and my protégé from leaving. I know why, of course, but that doesn't mean I like it. What I want you to do is take that little disguise of yours, turn it into a guard and open the gate tonight. After that, I'll make sure none of the Kirin Tor will ever deign to see you but anything else as a fine, upstanding Alliance citizen, as long as you're here. I've never said anything about 'we', though if you can't manage the disguise I suppose 'we' could fashion it together." She didn't even deign to mention the girl, she wasn't important and frankly, only a hindrance.

Character: Orthomea 'Mea'
An empty threat, Mea knew. A rogue such as him would know better than to attack her in a hostile environment. Still, she allowed him his little display of power. "Well, you might, but I'll scream, you'll feel bad and the entire place will be a mess." She was digressing. "However, a uniform will not be needed. A simple charm will suffice to fool the guards. Oddly, most of them are as dumb as bricks." Most of the guards she had spoken to were enthralled in reality, with an extremely potent spell. Only the repeating speech patterns and slightly awkward movements alerted Mea to their condition. "Once you've opened the gates, I'll be out of your hair. You don't even have to close them if you don't want to."

"Correct. Now if you'll excuse me, I'd rather not be seen with you any longer than necessary. Meet me in the inn an around midnight. And don't involve anyone else." Mea said the last looking at Evelyn. She canceled her spell and walked back towards the inn.

Character:
Ormador of Argus
Location: Valiance Keep, Borean Tundra
Ormador looked out at the nerubian force. It never ended, they would never stop coming. He had done what he could to stem the flow, but cutting off the hands of the beast would not work. He would have to go straight for the head. He turned and went back into Valiance keep to seek transportation.
Character:
Morec, House of Rivendare
Location: Borean Tundra
Morec looked at the Alliance settlement from on far. "Hmmm, so when do you think they'll be leaving?"
"Beats me, probably when someone thinks of a quest oppertunity."
"Let's get some pie while we wait!"
"Yeah, let's." Morec turned and walked off to find a pie vendor.
Character:
Vrem Dartskul
,
Sithia Frozenbone
Location: Howling Fjord
"Your a night elf, we're Forsaken," Sithia reminded the death knight, "and even though they're starting to work together in Dragonblight - supposidly - they're still not friends. I doubt either side would welcome the other with open arms of they ran into each other here."

Alaya Frostwind

"Then what do you suggest?" Alaya snapped. "Go too far North and we will be knee-deep in Scourge filth," she spat.

"That's exactly what I suggest," Sithia smiled. "The Scourge will be preoccupied with the Horde and Alliance forces on their western front, so preoccupied that they wont notice a group of three dead travelers sneak straight through the gap in their forces directly beneath the necropolis. And if they do, that's why I have an invisibility spell! We'll ghost past them if worse comes to worse!"

"Fine, we'll go with your plan, though it goes against me better judgement," the death knight sighed eventually, unable to deny there was wisdom in Sithia's words even though she would not admit it. The night elf went back to riding in silence.

The death knight discreetly glanced back at the two forsaken, she had the feeling they were not telling her something, but what it was she could not tell. The fact their new route would take them directly under Naxxramas did not help at all and Alaya was trying to decide whether they were Scourge or not. Either way if the two betrayed her she would hunt them down and make sure they died in the most gruesome way she was capable of making them.

"Demonicus!" Kelris yelled, ordering his demon to turn and parry the dwarf's hammer-attack. "Enough of this. Let us end this petty rabble and I shall spare the whole, pitiful lot of you." Kelris said, turning back to Markoth with an uneasy glance.

Sithia shot the night elf a reassuring smile as she glanced at them but otherwise said nothing.

The death knight ignored Sithia's smile. She still barely trusted the forsaken and found it immensely difficult not to be suspicious, every inch of her being was telling her to strike the two down before they could try anything.

Characters: Orthomea 'Mea', Gabe Lightsworn
Orthomea entered the inn again and looked for Gabriel. She found him in the common room, giving blessings to some weak-willed citizens. She strode up to the paladin. He noticed her, quickly ended his blessing and walked up to Mea. "Where were you? I'm supposed to stay by your side always. That is hard if you run off." Gabe's tone wasn't angry, it sounded more like he was disappointed in himself. "Apologies, pup. I had some business to attend to." She waved her hand at the paladin's questioning look. "Know only that I've arranged our departure. Tonight. Go get us a room." Gabe shook his head, but complied. Best not to pry in the affairs of mages, particularly this one.
